We have had them around a few times now. Always on time. Easy to book, fixed quote provided by email (after photos provided). Electrician was courteous and efficient. A few minor issues with the job which they quickly worked around, at no extra cost to us. Happy to recommend.
It’s been exactly 2 months since site inspection done for electrical (16 Dec 25). Initial quote received on 27 Jan 26 (1.5 months after inspection) after at least 4/5 calls. Still now I have not heard anything about revised quote. (16 Feb 26) I’m surprised and frustrated. Is it normal to have such a lengthy wait time?
These guys are seriously the A team and I cannot speak highly enough of them, the owner Kemal cares about the customer and goes the extra mile, which is becoming a rare experience. But special shout out to Orhan and Abdul who were tasked with some complex work with a time deadline at our new property. They arrived early, listened well and nothing was a problem, don’t remember even seeing them have lunch, incredibly efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
Orhan is a genuinely nice person—easy to deal with and consistently professional. His workmanship is of excellent quality, and he maintains a clean and tidy work environment. I highly recommend O'Brien's Electrical to others looking for reliable and top-quality service.
On time, sensible & courteous tradesmen. Replaced 6 downlights with my own supplied led lights. Finished in an hour and very fairly charged. Reliably turned up as arranged. Used these guys a few times now as they are nearby?
