This is a terrific team, led by Dr Joe Alphonse. They're professional, understanding, patient, efficient and highly skilled. I've just completed the process of getting 3 implants and every step left me feeling confident that I was in excellent hands. Fantastic service from everyone. Dr Ashley is such an amazing dentist- so gentle and knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the people she is looking after. It was my first visit and Sarah at reception made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I was seen my Dr Tamara who was very good in diagnosing my problem. She explained everything very clearly and patiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to others.
I’ve been a regular patient at Oatlands Dental for a few years now, and the staff are always wonderful and kind. However, I’ve had ongoing frustrations with their lack of transparency regarding price increases. I used to pay $130 for a basic clean, but at one of my appointments, I was unexpectedly charged $150—with no prior notice. I only found out after my treatment. I booked a clean with Melissa today and she was lovely! I’ve also gotten Invisalign with Dr Joe about a year ago and the process was amazing, I couldn’t be happier with my results. I would highly recommend Oatlands Dental to others, all the team are very friendly and welcoming.
