We first started at Steel Street over 4 years ago when my son started attending. I was incredibly anxious about leaving my son but the wonderful staff made the process so easy and smooth. They constantly kept me updated and would always reassure me that he was having an incredible time. My son thrived and developed an incredible bond with so many of the educators. My children have been attending Steel Street for several years now and my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are extremely dedicated, experienced and supportive of each of my children's personalities and needs. Chloe has been an incredible asset to the Centre and has continued to go over and above her role as assistant manager. I am so excited to having my children to continue at Steel Street with many amazing, welcomed changes to come with the new manager, Sarah. Couldn't recommend this center any higher.
I have been using Steel St since 2019. They have been amazing with all my children. The building itself is bright and great outdoor area. So much for the kids to do they also change the rooms up so the kids don’t get bored. All the educators are lovely and caring. Special mention to Helen, Lisa, Hana, Grace, Eden, Chloe. The communication is great and I love the app updates. Highly recommend
As first time parents, we expected the transition to daycare to be gradual. Our daughter started a month ago and absolutely loved it from day one. Hana and Lisa in the baby room are so caring, loving and fun. The centre and educators are very accomodating of individual needs, we cannot fault the care that our daughter has received!
My daughter Isabel started at Steel Street in August 2020. She was 11 months old at the time. I was nervous about starting at a mainstream daycare centre as I had only experienced family daycare settings with my eldest daughter. The staff at Nurture One were so accommodating, they answered all my questions in a professional and caring way and made me feel very comfortable.
