This medical centre is wonderful in all areas. They are accommodating in every way. A special mention to Dr Stephen Daniels. He has a very high level of expertise, professionalism, and the quality of care he provides to his patients is absolutely exceptional. Stephen always goes above and beyond to check all areas of need and ensures the patient leaves his room feeling satisfied and accomplished. Very grateful this medical centre has Dr Daniels to compliment their wonderful space.
Unaware that they are no longer a walk-in clinic, the receptionist was really helpful & squeezed my Dad in anyway due to him being elderly. Dr Nathalia was lovely, very thorough and great with Dad. She gave us peace of mind & some helpful suggestions going forward. Dad would be happy to go back again when necessary.
Trying to get through on the phone is absolutely awful! Waiting 20+ minutes on average. Request a call back... they call and ask if you're ready to talk to someone? First in queue but expect to be on hold for another 20+ minutes! If it wasn't for lee Johnson, I wouldn't put up with it. Last week I had an appointment there with a doctor and was running a few minutes late. I got there before they answered. Requested a call back and I was standing in line when they called back.
Booked a double appointment for skin cancer check but it seemed rushed and not very thorough. There is a family history of melanomas and considering my last visit was at least 12 months ago and i am single, i cannot afford the risks incurred by a ‘quick look’. Issues spotted on my back were forgotten and remain untreated. I am quite stressed i will have to consult again.
Whilst I've had a number of frustrating experiences, mostly with getting in contact with front of practice staff eg calls not being answered, leaving number for a callback and never being contacted, once I've made contact the service has been excellent and I am more than happy with their assistance. The medical and nursing team have been very attentive and I feel confident in the care I receive. I also appreciate the number of associated health services I can access when attending this medical centre
