Made an appointment with Zara Latiff based on the fact that she was the only one with availability. Went in and described my condition but she was very dismissive and basically just told me to rest and drink more fluids. Did not check vitals or ask about medical history so had no idea if I had a fever or if there were other issues. In and out within 5 minutes. As I might be her last patient of the day, she seemed more interested in clocking out than in providing medical care. Very poor experience.
Dr Todorovic is an outstanding professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always approachable. His manner is calm and reassuring and he takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. The referrals he provides are always to excellent specialists, reflecting his strong insight and network within the medical field. Dr. Sabetpeyman has always been professional, attentive, and thorough. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains things clearly, and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. I truly appreciate her care and dedication.
I would like to mention Dr.Sasa Todorovic who has been our family physician for several years. He is a brilliant Doctor who is kind and empathetic when discussing your medical problem and thorough with treatment that quickly brings you back to good health. He has been instrumental in improving the quality of my life over the past few years and am very fortunate to have such a kind and caring Doctor.
Booked an appointment to see Doctor 4 weeks ago regarding my Comcare/Workcover claim. My file was transferred to Norwood Village Medical & Dental 3 weeks ago from my initial Doctor/clinic. On my arrival for my appointment I was advised that there was no Doctor avalaible that will take on Comcare/Workcover claims. Sister clinics at Modbury, Rose Park & Marion were contacted by reception staff with the same result. Why won't Doctors accept workcover claims? Obviously this has caused me significant stress.
