This medical centre is wonderful in all areas. They are accommodating in every way. A special mention to Dr Stephen Daniels. He has a very high level of expertise, professionalism, and the quality of care he provides to his patients is absolutely exceptional. Stephen always goes above and beyond to check all areas of need and ensures the patient leaves his room feeling satisfied and accomplished. Very grateful this medical centre has Dr Daniels to compliment their wonderful space.

Trying to get through on the phone is absolutely awful! Waiting 20+ minutes on average. Request a call back... they call and ask if you're ready to talk to someone? First in queue but expect to be on hold for another 20+ minutes! If it wasn't for lee Johnson, I wouldn't put up with it. Last week I had an appointment there with a doctor and was running a few minutes late. I got there before they answered. Requested a call back and I was standing in line when they called back.

Extremely happy with the Norwood Medical Centre. My husband and I followed Dr. Stephen Daniels from the Hills to this practice as for many years we have found him to be an extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor. Nurse Elizabeth is also very helpful, friendly and efficient and the reception staff too are always pleasant and happy to help with any enquiries. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

I was super happy with Dr Sasa. The only thing was about the payment that I needed to pay all and then contact Medicare to claim. I asked the reception how I need to do it and she said need to call Medicare. First, why they are not like other places that you can pay gap or pay full and Medicare gives you the amount automatically? I was pretty shocked to come out of my consult to have to pay $218. When I booked, I was given the impression that the consultation would be bulk billed. Standing at the reception desk with the eftpos machine being placed in front of me, I was in total shock. I thought maybe it's a new thing and maybe I would be reimbursed through medicare.
