I’ve always had a great experience with my GP and this clinic. Doctor Paul Dalrymple is consistently on time, efficient, and gets straight to the point without ever being dismissive. He takes action immediately and genuinely listens. The customer service team is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I walked out before the consultation with Dr. Yee Kong had ended due to a clear lack of care and understanding. He was reluctant to provide a referral and repeatedly questioned why we weren’t attending a family practice — something that was irrelevant, as we were there seeking medical assistance. I later sought a second opinion at a different clinic, where the doctor confirmed that my concerns were valid and required prompt medical attention.
