Dr Emmy today was good until I didn't answer one of her questions She began raising her voice at me In humility I hang my head down I was waiting at reception to see if I needed to answer any questions but reception ladies were too busy so I walked out. As I was walking to medical centre I noticed myself staggering because of long walk. It's not the nicest medical centre that I have visited As a diabetic my thoughts were why is this happening.
Some staff members at reception are not very friendly. Doctors are the same. Dr. Emmy Bretag isn't very friendly and welcoming. If you are in the waiting room and she sees you (she knows me I have been seeing her for over a year) she can't smile and say hello. Her consultations are not thorough enough like she is always in a hurry. Consultation times are not good only 10 mins this is the reason. Hi, Just saw Dr Prashant at Norwood Village Medical and he is really an amazing doctor. He gave me proper time (did not rush), took all my vitals and medical history and gave me proper guidance. Highly recommended.
Dr Todorovic is an outstanding professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always approachable. His manner is calm and reassuring and he takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. Made an appointment with Zara Latiff based on the fact that she was the only one with availability. Went in and described my condition but she was very dismissive and basically just told me to rest and drink more fluids. Did not check vitals or ask about medical history so had no idea if I had a fever or if there were other issues. In and out within 5 minutes. As I might be her last patient of the day, she seemed more interested in clocking out than in providing medical care. Very poor experience.
