The Hapkido women's course I attended was absolutely brilliant! Empowering, well structured and taught with incredible skill and patience. The instructors created a supportive environment for everyone to build confidence and learn self defence techniques. I highly recommend Matt and his team at Northern Beaches Hapkido for anyone to looking to feel stronger and more capable.
An easy five stars from me!!! When we arrived in Australia 3 years ago, we were looking for a martial arts studio for my kids to go to. In the past, they had done MMA, Taekwondo, Ju Jitsu and Capoeira. We took them to have a trial, and they fell in love immediately. Northern Beaches Hapkido is a long standing pillar within our community providing excellence in self defence not only for the body but the mind. Amazing vibe, discipline and hard work - exactly what you want a great dojo to be. Learning so much from very skilled masters who are also great teachers. Great mental and physical challenge.
