Over 8 years in my time in Australia, never had I ever encountered such a dodgy and incompetent financial firm. I came down to have an appointment for a tax return around 10:30 a.m. I was charged $140 the appointment took around 30mins. Later than day around 12:00 p..m I decided not to go with the tax application and requested to get a refund. Shop closes at 8pm according to the website. Went there to book tax fact to face around 6 went there and the store is closed at Friday 5/7/24. Next time please remove 8pm and make it 6. This is misleading people who wants their tax done.
