Everyone is so nice, always happy. They work with you to make it a nice experience and they are very gentle. They call you the next day to see how you are feeling. They are very caring. All of my family members get there dental work done here and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others. I never liked going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and they didn't judge me about my anxiety. The staff at NQ Family Dental are fantastic. From the time I walked through the front door they treated you like Family. Every visit i attended they made you feel at ease ,and yes I was like many apprehensive about going to the dentist ,but Dr Lombardy and his team were great at making me feel so relaxed . Saw my husband next day for an emergency tooth pain. Removed his wisdom tooth in minutes. The dentist, dental assistant and reception staff were all lovely. Priced very fairly. I think we might just move to this practice from our current one after this great experience!
The team at North Queensland Family Dental are seriously the best! Most welcoming, most accommodating and most friendliest. From the beautiful Helen and Mia at the front, to the lovely Liz the Dental hygienist and the best trio - Matt, Declan and Mitch. Special mention also goes to all the Dental assistants who make this clinic as wonderful as they are. North Queensland Family Dental has been my clinic of choice for the last 7 years and its all about the team and the great work they do.
