North Queensland Family Dental are a warm and professional practice. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Mia who promptly jumped up to hold the door so I could enter with the pram. The waiting area is clean and cosy. We had a fantastic experience with Dr Stella and DA Hannah on our recent visit for our 3 year olds check up appointment. I recently had my 6-monthly dental clean at North Queensland Family Dental and it's always a great experience. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very welcoming. My hygienist Brittany is always great! She's extremely gentle and I always look forward to watching Netflix on the tv in the room whilst she performs my clean. She explains everything clearly and makes the visit feel easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend this practice to everyone!
Staff are always pleasant, helpful and efficient. Dr Matthew did a filling on a front tooth which was a painless experience - an amazing first for me. I have confidence in their professionalism and sound advice and know I'm receiving excellent dental care.
I recently had porcelain veneers done by Dr Stella and I could not be happier with them. The process was easy, the staff were kind and helpful in all aspects. I had wonderful dental nurses each time I visited and Dr Stella's eye for detail and willingness to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend North Queensland Family Dental if you're looking to fall in love with your smile!
