The team at North Queensland Family Dental are seriously the best! Most welcoming, most accommodating and most friendliest. From the beautiful Helen and Mia at the front, to the lovely Liz the Dental hygienist and the best trio - Matt, Declan and Mitch. Special mention also goes to all the Dental assistants who make this clinic as wonderful as they are. North Queensland Family Dental has been my clinic of choice for the last 7 years and its all about the team and the great work they do.
Everyone is so nice, always happy. They work with you to make it a nice experience and they are very gentle. They call you the next day to see how you are feeling. They are very caring. All of my family members get there dental work done here and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others. I never liked going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and they didn't judge me about my anxiety. Dr Lombardi and the team are phenomenal. Everyone from the reception staff to the dentists and hygienists are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I’m always made to feel comfortable and never rushed. They take the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommended!!
First time at NQ Family Dental and was the best experience I've ever had. They accommodated for my daughter so well and were very patient and took the time to explain everything to her. Will definitely be our new family dentist!
Dr. Lombardi and the whole North Queensland Family Dental team have been amazing to deal with. I've completed my Invisalign treatment and had multiple scale & cleans. I've been so impressed with their care and expertise throughout the journey. I'm always a bit nervous about dentist visits/treatments but I've been put at ease and made to feel very comfortable each time. NQ Family Dental will now be where I take my whole family. My teeth have never looked better!
