⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at North East Modbury Medical & Dental Centre. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The doctor provided top-notch care and took the time to answer all my questions. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this centre for anyone looking for quality medical services.
Very happy with the service’s that Modbury medical and Dental have to offer. The doctors have been wonderful so far and prompt with time when you have an appointment. I especially love having the chemist on site which means no driving to a different location for scripts.
Walked in, greeted by friendly and helpful receptionist. Quick QR code details filled out. Issue looked at by doctor and on my way. First time patient here, would definitely go back. Thanks 😊
For such a large practice of over 15 GP consultant rooms yet only one doctor available on a Friday afternoon who looks like he should have already retired, we have waited over 3 hours to get seen. What a joke this country is if this is the norm and we pay a gap. So much for the ten min appointment schedule, no wonder he's running behind schedule. Well managed, NOT.
I've been seeing my doctor here for almost ten years and never had an issue with the place until recently. My doctor has always been incredible with me and I'll follow him to which ever clinic he moves to but the private out of pocket fee increases are a bit of a joke. $35 for a booking consult, $76 when you come in, and then apparently Medicare will rebate up to $40 of it?
