I had an excellent experience with Dr. Anand Vaghasiya. He was knowledgeable, patient, and explained every step clearly. He took the time to understand my pain and tailored the treatment perfectly. The exercises were easy to follow and really effective. I felt real improvement after just a few sessions. Highly recommend!
New patient for skin check with Dr Vi Duong. He was efficient and just got the job done with great facilities. The building is newish, clean, plenty of space for waiting, parking was easy. Their processes for a new patient were easy, everything flowed very easily, they bulk bill and I was impressed. Have made an appointnent with the podiatrist next.
Extremely disappointing experience. I had a confirmed appointment, checked in at reception, and sat waiting for around 30 minutes. Only after I followed up was I told the physiotherapist was actually on leave. This should have been identified before I checked in, not after half an hour of waiting. I was told they “tried to call” me, yet no voicemail, text, or message was left. That is not acceptable communication. My mother has been seeing him for chronic back pain, and the results have been incredible—her pain was 70% resolved in just a few visits.
