I have many visits with Physio Anand, but I was really disappointed with the level of cleanliness and hygiene at this physio clinic. The treatment areas didn’t feel properly sanitised, equipment looked like it hadn’t been wiped down between patients, and the overall space felt unhygienic. For a health-related practice, I expected a much higher standard of care when it comes to cleanliness. I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews however I found nothing but exceptional professionalism and kindness from everyone I interacted with. The receptionist greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. The payment process was explained to me and was in line with my expectations, it is made clear prior the need to make payment so there shouldn’t be any surprises. I attended the clinic for Physiotherapy. Staff are friendly and attentive. They got pretty much everything in 1 place, there's chemist, pathologist, dental etc so handy. Physiotherapist Khushdeep Kaur is superb.

Go to a different clinic rather than book in with Dr Ignatius Oyugbo. You will be waiting a long time even with a booked appointment and he will tell you to allow for an hour wait time despite your booking and if you don't like it, go see a different doctor. He will argue with you, not listen, has no empathy or compassion and will lie and tell you the reason you had to wait so long was because he was busy resuscitating someone even though you watched the patient walk out the door 🤦‍♀️There's a reason why he's so easy to boo... read more

I use this Centre for my general medical issues and have always found the counter staff to be polite and helpful when booking in. Sure there are some days it is busy than most, but these days that's life. On occasions when seeing my preferred GP Dr Raj, who is a complete professional and gentleman, so much so that my wife has now stopped pursuing female doctors and also sees him, anyway on occasions when need be the Centre has become a One Stop Shop situation because I can do my blood works, have x-rays and see the Physio, v... read more
