I use this Centre for my general medical issues and have always found the counter staff to be polite and helpful when booking in. Sure there are some days it is busy than most, but these days that's life. On occasions when seeing my preferred GP Dr Raj, who is a complete professional and gentleman, so much so that my wife has now stopped pursuing female doctors and also sees him, anyway on occasions when need be the Centre has become a One Stop Shop situation because I can do my blood works, have x-rays and see the Physio, v... read more
I attended the clinic for Physiotherapy. Staff are friendly and attentive. They got pretty much everything in 1 place, there's chemist, pathologist, dental etc so handy. Physiotherapist Khushdeep Kaur is superb.
The ladies on reception were fantastic. I needed an appointment fairly urgently and they helped to make the appointment that day knowing I had to travel 3 hours to get there. They were very understanding and I appreciated their help. It’s a great surgery
While I think the staff meant well, my experience here was really strange. The bulk billing set up extremely unclear when booking online so I ended up being charged an unexpected $80 approximately, to walk in (pre Medicare rebait) and have the doctor say yes to an X-ray. I then found out I would need to pay that amount again to get the X-ray results. Thankfully I questioned my doctor about this and he informed me that I could avoid this second fee by not booking in and instead joining the bulk bill queue. Ultimately I think... read more
I went to North East Modbury Medical Centre this morning. I had an 11am appt on a Sunday morning. Appts can be booked online. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I saw Dr Ignatius who was informative, thorough and friendly. Then I walked to the Pathology room which was two doors down to put in a swab for testing then I went to the Treatment Room next door and my wound was dressed by Saba.
