Dr. Christopher Watson has been very accommodating with my queries and generous with his advice. As I live a bit far from the clinic, I appreciate Dr. Watson’s patience in providing a medical certificate with an earlier return to work and another one with a later date depending on how my condition improves. The pharmacist has been very helpful too in assisting me with my purchase. I will come back again to this clinic.
Had to get a prescription while travelling. It was a Saturday so I was happy to get an appointment. Saw a lovely doctor after not much of a wait. There was a fee to pay which surprised me as a pensioner but was well worth it. On site pharmacy was handy and very quick as well. I do recommend.
Please be kind to your doctors and likewise to doctors be kind to your patients/Clients instead of making us feel insignificant. I asked about a parasite cleanse and got scoffed at and told I'm melodramatic when I know I have parasites, as my Grandson was diagnosed with them and we live together i was told that the full spectrum dewormer/parasite medication is only for government use so apparently I'm not important enough also had my doctor accused me of being a drug addict that Is addicted to everything well to be quite acc... read more
My wife hab an ultrasound done in her shoulder on Monday 24th of March 2025, and was told that I would have to come back to receive my results on Friday the 28th of March 2025. I requested for .y results to be sent to my GP, and I was told my GP would be free between the hours of 11.30 am to 1.30 pm as he did not have any bookings between these times and would not heed a booking to follow-up for my results. Reception staff were efficient, polite and assisted me. Medical professionals, including doctor and nurse, were friendly, listened to my symptoms and responded in ways that indicated they genuinely cared. They also devised solutions that were the least costly but, most important, effective remedies.
