It is such a privilege to have a medical centre so close to home that has same day appointments and also offers walk ins and bulk billing in some instances. I have seen several different doctors at the centre and all of them have been not only knowledgeable and able to assist, but also treated me in a caring and compassionate manner, which is unfortunately not always the case particularly with women seeking medical advice. Dr Chris Watson went out of his way to assist me with getting the medication I required, referring me to his colleague Dr Adzanku. He listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful in getting me essential medication that other doctors at other clinics were not prepared to help with. The receptionist was polite and friendly and we were not kept waiting. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
Should be no stars When I came in today they said they were busy and I could have to wait a few hours well it's now been over 4 hours sitting there waiting have not seen one doctor come out for walk in patients. Reception is busy making people pay so they can at least see a doctor . Think they may have forgot to tell me this. So getting close to just walking out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at North East Modbury Medical & Dental Centre. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The doctor provided top-notch care and took the time to answer all my questions. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this centre for anyone looking for quality medical services.
It will good to have a system in place to advise patients, send a msg or a email, when they are no longer patients of a specific doctor. We use to refer a doctor as our main doctor and with the no new patients policy we can’t book.
