I had an excellent experience with NGO Plumbing, from my first call to explain the situation with a vanity basin that had been showing signs of deterioration and hairline cracking, through to the final installation after I had ordered the new basin. Jackson and Adam carried out the work yesterday and were outstanding from start to finish. We’re glad that we came across Jackson. He’s responsive, knows his stuff and pretty creative. He takes his time to gauge the issue, come up with a solution and takes the time to explain it. On a recent job, Jackson came up with a solution that worked out pretty well…it was logical, simple and not overly expensive.
