Jackson helped replace the stove top for my Parents-in-Law. We were mucked around by 3 other companies who wanted to extort them with either ridiculous quotes, told it was impossible to fit the model we want or just inconsistent advice from different workers who attended the job. Jackson and his team of tilers were happy to take on this very small job for us. His communication was excellent. He came exactly when he said he would. We have already recommended him to other people and will use his team when we redo our downstairs bathroom in a couple of years.
Exceptional Service from Jackson! He arrived exactly on time, was incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. He completed the job quickly and with a high level of professionalism. Before leaving, he tested his work and left the area spotless. I highly recommend his services.
Excellent service from start to finish. What I especially valued was dealing directly with Jackson throughout the whole process. He was the person who answered my enquiry and then actually turned up to do the work. Jackson attended the next business day, assessed my leaking balcony tap, clearly explained the issue, and provided different options and prices before starting any work. There was also no call-out fee. He was able to resolve the issue on the spot, and the work was completed efficiently and neatly. Overall, Jac... read more
