Several Appts booked months in advance and they cancel them. Turn over in staff is high. I am on my 3rd dental hygienist as the other 2 have left - within 18 months. All 3 receptionist are new within the last 8- 7 months. Receptionist charged and put through health cover rebate without explaining my total fees. I found Next Smile to be very professional with my all on 4 experience and would thoroughly recommend them. Other companies that I looked at didn’t give you temporary teeth. Which you need while your gums heal and I had multiple appointments to make sure my final teeth looked and felt great. And Thankyou to Simon who was my Dentist all the way through he was very thorough.
When I first came in, I felt very self-conscious about my teeth, which were in poor condition, but Dr Fiachra Maher has done an excellent job repairing them and improving their appearance. He puts a lot of time and effort into achieving the best results, and Chanel is always professional and makes each visit comfortable. I highly recommend them both.
