Simple and easy booking for a local move of Garage items. The whole process was as expected when hiring a vehicle. NCTR have well maintained vehicles suitable for any job, and are up there with the big boy rentals.
They were prompt, efficient, and helpful. The Vehicle (Toyota HiAce Van) I hired was clean and well maintained. I paid the extra daily insurance coverage - and a good thing too, because I accidentally had a small scrape against a stationary trailer whilst moving into a new granny flat in a narrow back laneway. The staff were, again, prompt and helped sort out the damage cost with minimum fuss. Thank You, Guys
The staff were so helpful, I went to pick up the truck only to realize I had booked the truck for the following week. The staff were able to work their magic and arrange a truck for me on the spot. Truck was clean and comfortable to drive.
Maitland outlet made the pick up easy by prepayment and doing the paperwork prior to the pickup, good truck easy to drive.
