We hired a truck from Newcastle Car & Truck Rental's Maitland location on Friday and were so impressed with the service and the vehicle that we came back the very next day to hire a van for a family Hunter Valley wine tour on Saturday. Both bookings were easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the vehicles were clean, reliable, and well maintained. Was very satisfied with the overall experience of booking and picking up the small furniture truck. Truck hire was very reasonable price and easy to drive. The staff at Maitland were helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this service.
Hired through Newcastle Car & Truck Rental at Maitland, The truck Had a slight issue with the tyre as it had to be replaced but Wayne was happy to let me drop the truck off a bit later and was no hassle, thankyou will be using your service again in the future!
So handy having Newcastle Car & Truck Rental’s new Maitland location! It means we don’t have to drive all the way into Newcastle just to hire a people mover, especially when we’re heading out to the Hunter Valley. Super convenient, easy to deal with, and the vehicles are always reliable. The service is always amazing too. Such a great addition for locals — highly recommend.
So easy to deal with and the trucks are in great order, easy to drive. I will go back everytime I need a pantech. Had previously gone to Glendale / Argenton but was so happy to have one even closer in Maitland.
