Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome. Rented a truck from Newcastle Car & Truck Rental and couldn’t be happier! The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and really affordable. The team was super friendly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend if you need reliable service and great value!
Booking process fairly simple. Great high top van. I only had to pay a $50 deposit to secure the vehicle unlike some companies where they ask for a $300 deposit that they release after you return the vehicle. I was satisfied with the rental rate and the pick up and drop off steps were easy too. Would recommend!
