Excellent experience. The guys were very courteous, professional, helpful and the truck was very clean and comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome. As usual, ( I have used Newcastle car and Truck Rental a few times) the staff were very helpful and cheerful. They helped me to select the most economical option and arranged everything to have the truck clean and ready. Their total cost was very surprising as well. Thank you guys for your great service.
Can't fault the service here. Second time we have hired through them and wouldn't go anywhere else. The vehicles are great and reasonably priced, but the staff are the highlight. They're helpful and friendly and go out of their way to look after you.
