I rented an 18-cube truck from the Argenton branch. The truck was clean and in perfect condition. The team was friendly and supportive, and the rental process was smooth and straightforward. There were no hidden fees. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend them.

Friendly staff, easy use online booking service and reasonable rates. They give you a thorough run down of the hired vehicle workings, and whatever you hire is in good clean condition. Beware if you travel on toll roads - Newcastle Car and Truck Rental have a Linkt account and charge after hire, so don’t go ahead and do what I was going to do and add the vehicle to your own toll account. We have used Newcastle Car & Truck Rental many times and are always happy with vehicles we have used. We just hired a 3 tonne truck to move some furniture and the staff were really friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and easy to drive. We would highly recommend them.
Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome.
