Well organised outfit and smooth collection process. Follow up phone call from them after booking was much appreciated. Hard to find an available affordable MR flat bed the size we needed, so very happy to use them again in future
Friendly staff, easy use online booking service and reasonable rates. They give you a thorough run down of the hired vehicle workings, and whatever you hire is in good clean condition. Beware if you travel on toll roads - Newcastle Car and Truck Rental have a Linkt account and charge after hire, so don’t go ahead and do what I was going to do and add the vehicle to your own toll account. Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome.
