Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome. Can't fault the service here. Second time we have hired through them and wouldn't go anywhere else. The vehicles are great and reasonably priced, but the staff are the highlight. They're helpful and friendly and go out of their way to look after you.
Newcastle Car and Truck are a fabulous bunch of people to deal with. We hired a bus for our Church’s ladies retreat recently and unfortunately it broke down on the way to Wollongong. Andrew and the team went out of their way to come down to Sydney with another bus as soon as they knew we’d broke down and also gave us a discounted rate for the inconvenience. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend. A+
Customer service was excellent very friendly the boys there always great to deal with. However the ute i was issued was filthy the interior smelt that bad had to drive with the windows down on a rainy day and the seats were that dirty my clothes were filthy from sitting on the seat. Inside felt like someone had been smoking in it for ages hands were black just from the steering wheel. And the tray still had mud and dirty from last customer not cleaned out.
