I have used this company twice now at Argenton for moving and both times I have been extremely satisfied with the service, the truck, the ease of booking and the knowledge when picking up. Jordan especially this last time asked which trolley I wanted and went to the extra step of asking about the house and explaining which one would suit my needs better. Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome. I recently hired a car form Newcastle Car &Truck Rentals and my overall experience was great service at the front desk great vehicle cleanliness great and when I phoned to extend the rental nothing was a problem. When I returned the vehicle it was checked in and then they went beyond to give us a ride to pick up our car that was being serviced. I would totally recommend this company to anyone Rob
