Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome. The Customer Service from Newcastle Truck hire is fantastic. I got caught in heavy traffic on the way to drop off the truck and received a phone call to say that they will remain open until I arrived. They have a tracking system and realised where I was and I was not far away. Great job guys, and the service prior to departing with the truck was exceptional. Newcastle Car and Truck are a fabulous bunch of people to deal with. We hired a bus for our Church’s ladies retreat recently and unfortunately it broke down on the way to Wollongong. Andrew and the team went out of their way to come down to Sydney with another bus as soon as they knew we’d broke down and also gave us a discounted rate for the inconvenience. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend. A+
