Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome. Truly the most friendliest and helpful staff I've ever met. We rented a van, to help us move overnight, within the local area. I've never driven anything as big as that van, but the staff were sure to give me tips, and confidence for the drive and the move. The booking, pick up and return went by so easy! Highly recommend them!
As usual, ( I have used Newcastle car and Truck Rental a few times) the staff were very helpful and cheerful. They helped me to select the most economical option and arranged everything to have the truck clean and ready. Their total cost was very surprising as well. Thank you guys for your great service.
Booking process fairly simple. Great high top van. I only had to pay a $50 deposit to secure the vehicle unlike some companies where they ask for a $300 deposit that they release after you return the vehicle. I was satisfied with the rental rate and the pick up and drop off steps were easy too. Would recommend!
