Cannot speak highly enough of Ash, Jordan and the rest of the team here. Customer service was a solid 10/10 from start to finish. None of the usual deceptive BS that you get from their competitors. They were super up front with everything from start to finish. Ash even worked out the exact kms our business would be doing on the 24hr rental and was accurate as hell. The price was also awesome. The team at Newcastle Car and Truck Rental are awesome. Ben at the front desk makes booking vehicles for my work trips super easy. I have also recently hired a truck for moving on the weekend and that was the same great service. NCTR have consistently reliable vehicles with and great team of friendly and efficient staff. Truly the most friendliest and helpful staff I've ever met. We rented a van, to help us move overnight, within the local area. I've never driven anything as big as that van, but the staff were sure to give me tips, and confidence for the drive and the move. The booking, pick up and return went by so easy! Highly recommend them!
