I contacted Jai at New Dawn Realty to sell my house. He was prompt, professional and dealt with all my questions in a friendly and concise manner. He was able to obtain a buyer and an offer for me in a few days, totally exceeding my initial asking price. His communication throughout was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I am totally satisfied and definitely recomend Jai and the team at New Dawn Realty with the sale or purchase of your home.
Not recommended, not professional, very unorganised!! We sent an offer for a house that he was selling and the next day I had to call and ask for any updates, at the end to find out that the house was already under offer owner accepted and offer and our offer was not even received on his side. We had our copy of the offer but he didn’t and he apologised and told us he can’t do anything house is gone “sorry mate”. Very disappointed and do not recommend dealing with this company 0 starts from me 👎
We have been looking for a perfect family home for a while and we finally came across one. We came across Jai Bernard at selling this home and sent through an offer that evening.Waiting for him to respond , only until the next day when my partner had to contact Jai and ask about the property, Jai has said that they have received an offer and didn’t receive the offer we have sent as apparently their “website is not working properly” I don’t understand how they received other offers? Outstanding market knowledge, fantastic communication skills and very professional . Jai and Noria were absolutely amazing to work with, they constantly went above and beyond to help out anyway they could and kept me informed of all progress throughout the purchase stages. I highly recommend New Dawn for both sales and purchases.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This Realestate company is disorganised, poor communication and has admin issues. Working with Jai was a headache from the get go. I had the intention to purchase a property from Jai and it was a struggle to get clear communication regarding the whole process. I am a cash buyer and Jai would not return emails or calls when I wanted to make an offer.
