I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge Stuti, the property manager at New Dawn. She consistently goes out of her way to make time and offer support whenever it’s needed, and I truly appreciate her dedication and assistance.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This Realestate company is disorganised, poor communication and has admin issues. Working with Jai was a headache from the get go. I had the intention to purchase a property from Jai and it was a struggle to get clear communication regarding the whole process. I am a cash buyer and Jai would not return emails or calls when I wanted to make an offer. Outstanding market knowledge, fantastic communication skills and very professional . Jai and Noria were absolutely amazing to work with, they constantly went above and beyond to help out anyway they could and kept me informed of all progress throughout the purchase stages. I highly recommend New Dawn for both sales and purchases.
