Our property (block of units) is managed by Richard Lam from Netstrata. He came highly recommended, he is an absolute wealth of information and gets the job at hand done. Richard left for a while and we now have him back. Phew! Richard thank you for your professionalism, knowledge, guidance and astute work ethic. You are a credit to Netstrata. Don't leave us again please. All owners in the block are thrilled that you are once again managing the property. Congratulations Netstrata, keep Richard happy!
Very good strata management company... I have found them to be courteous, professional and experienced in strata matters. They seem to keep their staff and have good relationships with all involved. Have recommended them to friends.
Slow response , unprofessional, costly (Not worth it) some committee probably is under their influence and got something feedbacks from their influence
Netstrata has been managing our property for 2 years. Our lift has been out of order for more than 6 months. The manager has the same reply during 6 months: "I will have an answer next week". Can you believe the lift is not operating at the apartment for more than 6 months? We are now hiring a strata lawyer to manage this issue, spending much of our time with fair trading. I do not know what holds up the manager not to approve the budget to repair the lift which is only $26,000. Maybe something we do not know from behind...w... read more
If you want a a well managed strata manager, stay right away from this place. Either they're short staffed or just plain incompetent. I think it's probably more to do with incompetence. If you have any issues they will just ignore them.
Never EVER use NETstrata!!! Terrible service with heaps of breaches. less professional ethics. Poor strata knowedge, never given you a correct answer. You have to find the awners from Fair Trading yourself. Without EC's awareness and permission, the strata manager slinkingly spent over $12,000 on a bathroom leakage,and failed to manage it. She has been offically notified by the EC to hold some payments for the unauthorized work, but she again furtively paid it on purpose before the final date that Netstrata was terminated by... read more
