Billy-Ray, the main installer, was a standout with his professional, friendly demeanor and meticulous organizational skills. He explained the task at hand clearly even to someone unfamiliar with the complexities of electrical work. The proposed plan was well laid out, and the pricing was incredibly fair. I also appreciated his esoteric tips on extending equipment lifespan. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch electrical work.
We had a sudden power outage at our property. Called Neptune and Bill Ray arrived within half an hour. Absolutely genuine and professional guy. He located the fault, sorted it and left everything perfect. I can't recommend Bill Ray enough. Very friendly and super efficient.
