I have been using NB when they were still Absolute Cool and their service is very pleasing; the techs are always personable and do good work and they 'communicate' along with being punctual!
Guys were on time and very efficient. Easy to talk to and let us know about some damage to ceiling unit. Original installation also went well. Found them very professional and knowledgeable. Always on time.
Very good service, well priced , cleaned up spotlessly at the end of the job .
The technicians, electrician and plumber were excellent. They made an extra effort to complete the installations to our requirements. The estimator on the other hand was not as receptive to our requirements.
