Very impressive service. I took my Coaster bus for a wheel alignment, they were ready for me when I arrived and did the work while I waited in the customer lounge. They explained the computer printout to me and additionally checked tyre pressure and the underside of the bus. Fast, friendly and very clearly know their stuff! Also the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Anyone around Newcastle or Port Stephens who owns a caravan should do themselves a great favour and contact these guys! Best wheel alignment service I've ever had! Kyle was bloody awesome in explaining what he had to do in order to fix my 'feathering rear tyres' on my dual wheel caravan. Couldn't be happier that I went there!

You were amazing, we had a problem with the wheel bearing on the truck and you attended us urgently so we could finish the service with our client, we were impressed with the speed and effectiveness of this team. Even though I live in Sydney I will come back to do maintenance with you in Newcastle. You are the only ones I would recommend.
