The wait time is so long to see a doctor even with an appointment. The receptionist are not too sure on what they say sometimes. One time I would go and they said that I need to pay upfront for the doctor and then the next time they would say I don’t need to. They need to be a bit more careful and make sure they know what to say. The nurses upstairs in the treatment room and so rude. Dr Cindy Sun is simply a lovely, caring GP whom is the only reason I drive 30 minutes to visit for woman’s health. She takes great care and time to help have a better understanding of your needs and is informative with any issues that may arise. The centre is clean and well kept. The only issue is; sometimes the wait times are extremely long.
Avoid This Clinic at All Costs! Especially for Working Parents! I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted by my experience at Narregate Medical center today. My child was refused care because we weren't existing patients. It gets worse - their posted closing time is 8:00 pm, but they turned us away at 7:20 pm! Because they were closing early! Dr. Shoaib Munawar has been incredibly attentive and thorough during my recent visits. Their deep knowledge and clear explanations have helped me understand my health concerns better. I appreciate their friendly demeanor and the time they take to address all my questions. Highly recommended!
I went in to get my fractured wrist put in a cast. The cast was put on too tight that I had to remove it. It bruised my wrist. I went back the next day to let them know and was told I had to go see their GP to get a referral to get the plaster again and got charged $60 for that consultation, then on top of that I waited over an hour after the doctor telling me he was going to put the cast on me, he sent me to another room and never came back.
