Just a heads up to anyone wanting to or are already attending this clinic to not be fooled by their online reviews. I overheard two of the receptionist at the front desk this morning discussing a Google review competition. Not sure what this means, but the reviews on their page are likely fraudulent. I have recently started using this Medical Centre. I am extremely happy to say that I had an excellent experience, thanks to Mr. Sukhe at the reception. He is an absolute gentleman. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a professional attitude. He was attentive, polite, and extremely helpful in answering my questions and guiding me through the process. I would recommend this facility to everyone !
I came here with my father to see a Dr about 10 minutes before my appointment time. I had to wait almost an hour until the Dr was finally ready to see me. I understand that sometimes the job requires some flexibility but I was really grateful for the younger receptionist with black hair who made sure to take the time to validate my frustrations and keep my updated on where I was in the queue when I went to ask about the wait, especially as they seemed really busy but she still took the time to understand and update me.
I was very fortunate to have a great experience throughout. I arrived on Sat without an appointment where i said i could go back home and make a booking but Jas the receptionist was very attentive and organized an appointment for me. I was able to be seen by Dr Rohana not soon after then onto Pathology where the lady was happy and prompt. This was followed by a dressing upstairs and she was also very receptive and pleasant. 💙💙💙 ... It's located close to home ( Narregate ) which helps, it's convenient. I live with my parents who are older in age, so to have a Medical Centre like Narregate close to home, helps ...
