Booked an appointment with one of the doctors 3 days prior. Went in for the appointment only to be told at the reception that there will be an out of pocket expense plus a doctors consultation fee. When asked why werent we informed when we did the booking, the reply was "well we are mixed billed". They should have the common courtesy of letting people know when someone makes the bookings, and not run a scam when they tell you of the charges on the spot. Visited urgent care after suspected leg fracture in our pre-school child. Reception, nurse, doctor and imaging staff were warm, friendly, efficient and knowledgable - we just knew we were in the right place for most efficient care for our distressed little one. Doctor really thorough. Thank you.
I found Dr Shoma as recommended online. So happy I did, she’s extremely gentle, caring and really listens and helps. She is passionate about women’s health and really put me at ease after years of exposure to other doctors that were rough and unhelpful. Thank you Dr Shoma!
Just a heads up to anyone wanting to or are already attending this clinic to not be fooled by their online reviews. I overheard two of the receptionist at the front desk this morning discussing a Google review competition. Not sure what this means, but the reviews on their page are likely fraudulent. And after looking at all the new reviews it appears this is correct. Should definitely keep the non work related conversations to a minimum if you don’t want patients to overhear. Because we’ve got to give them a Star. Their urgent care is abysmal - we waited for 3 hours which would’ve been worth it if the doctor here was competent enough to diagnose my child. He couldn’t believe my child had a 101 degree fever and when he tried to check my son’s temperature - couldn’t get the thermometer to work. We were made to wait only to be told to head downstairs to go see a doctor because it required further investigation through tests.
