I was very fortunate to have a great experience throughout. I arrived on Sat without an appointment where i said i could go back home and make a booking but Jas the receptionist was very attentive and organized an appointment for me. I was able to be seen by Dr Rohana not soon after then onto Pathology where the lady was happy and prompt. This was followed by a dressing upstairs and she was also very receptive and pleasant. Can never get through on the phone, waited over 2hrs on hold before I finally did the callback service only to be waiting still 4hrs later with no call back. For the amount of reception staff and potentional face 2 face customers and the drizzle of calls that they take there is absolutely no reason why there is ridiculous wait times for a 30second phone call. What are they actually doing all day long!! Missed multiple appointments due to the poor reception team
I was visiting Melbourne & became quite sick. The receptionist, triage nurse & doctor were all fantastic in their duty of care. The doctor listened & was concerned about my after care. I highly recommend, especially if you do require urgent care. There may be a little wait due to prioritising patients but it's well worth it. I'm on the mend thanks to Narregate
