This clinic really needs to review their appointment scheduling system! I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at Narellan Medical and Dental, and I’m done with this place. At this point, I am convinced they don’t know how to manage appointments. The wait times are beyond ridiculous, with an average wait time of 2-3 hours for a scheduled appointment! Amazing doctors, Dr Sam Najar is amazing. Finally felt listened too and supported. You have to wait but I'm happy to do that for good doctors. Reception staff are lovely and helpful too. Also helps that pathology, nurses, physio are all on site.
Nice medical centre. Reception are friendly and helpful. Only waited about 5mins to see Dr who was on time. He was grumpy as you know what but I didn't care. I got what I needed and was out of there. From go to woah was about a 10min turnaround so all good.
Great surgery. Dr Michael is very polite and supportive. Nurse and Laverty pathology are on site in the next rooms making the visit highly efficient. A great team of professionals. Thank you
A very pleasant visit for update of Care Plan with Barbara (RN), Barbara also told me of a new product for my Type 2 Diabetes (on insulin) which I am trialing now through the Chemist on site. As a retired RN, I am delighted that information is freely discussed without any pressure or sales talk. Very interesting.
