I was able to book an appointment on the same day. The practice was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Michael was efficient, professional, and provided an accurate diagnosis with confidence. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this clinic.
The staff at this medical facility are fantasitic. The doctors are approachable, and patient. Will, at reception is so friendly and always very accommodating and helpful. The nurses, Amreen and Nav, are exceptional when it comes to interacting with young children. I was very impressed with the bubble distraction Amreen used to calm my hysterical two-year-old son during his vaccination process today. I have always used the Narellan Medical Centre to see my GP plus they provide dental if needed, pathology for blood tests again if needed, a GP who is a skin specialist plus more. The Doctors, Staff and Nurses that work there great as well as being professional and polite. They also have a Pharmacy in the centre and the Pharmacist is a lovely person with great staff as well.
Honestly the receptionist are great and only a handful of the doctors are good. Dr Hameed kept pushing people in front didn’t even care for the order - complained to the receptionist 3 times until he called him to tell him that I had to be next. I was there with 1 person in front ended up having 6 people go before me. Dr Rasheed is the best!!! He is super caring and patient - no doubt will always be booking with him.
One of the best Bulk Billed medical centres I have been to. Pretty fast response times, a wide range of doctors and open on weekends too which makes it very convenient. Even though I live about 65km away from this place, I still keep coming back to the clinic.
