All workers were nice and friendly, however I made an appointment 48 hours in advance. Booked in for 8.50am. I arrived 6 minutes before my appointment, only to be told that the doctor I booked in with was the only doctor working. And there was a bit of a wait because he was behind. The receptionist told me "that because I had an appointment, I would be able to be squeezed in around my time. But still might have to wait little after my time". which I was fine with. i was a patient at Narellan Medical and Dental Centre were i met such a lovely, caring DR by the name of Dr Lynette Wallace. id like to say it was such a nice experience she brings a lot to the centre which already has great doctors working there. highly recommend DR Wallace for female health a one stop centre with pharmacy and pathology onsite.
The male receptionist at the front desk with ginger hair is so friendly and welcoming. Dr Rasheed is also very compassionate to patients regarding all their needs. However, sometimes there is no doctors available especially on weekends and the wait times can be extremely long. However it appears they are making a strong effort to get more doctors on to meet the demand and i travel from Campbelltown because the service here is so good compared to Campbelltown

As always greeted with friendly smiles at the reception area. Always polite and helpful and smiling. Dr Michael is a wonderful kind caring doctor who was very supportive of my condition. I was very happy with my experience and again happy to drive the 45 mins from my home to the Practice.
