Amazing doctors, Dr Sam Najar is amazing. Finally felt listened too and supported. You have to wait but I'm happy to do that for good doctors. Reception staff are lovely and helpful too. Also helps that pathology, nurses, physio are all on site.
Great surgery. Dr Michael is very polite and supportive. Nurse and Laverty pathology are on site in the next rooms making the visit highly efficient. A great team of professionals. Thank you

Waited 3 hours and 15 minutes. Ended up leaving as I just kept getting pushed back each time. I spoke to the receptionist about wait times and even she was gob smacked. Was told I will be seen after 2 more people so I waited and another 6 people who were seen before me. By the 7th person I lost all patience and left. Would not budge.
Today I waited just under an hour for my appointment. Just needed a script. BUT I do know that it wasn’t from miss management. Some patients need urgent ongoing care. This means, they are like a hospital, making sure people get the urgent care that they need. They have everything in one place. Doctors, nurses, pathology, x-ray, physiotherapist, osteopath, dentist and a chemist. What more would you want. Needless to say the receptionist’s are very helpful and are awesome. Thank you
