All workers were nice and friendly, however I made an appointment 48 hours in advance. Booked in for 8.50am. I arrived 6 minutes before my appointment, only to be told that the doctor I booked in with was the only doctor working. And there was a bit of a wait because he was behind. The receptionist told me "that because I had an appointment, I would be able to be squeezed in around my time. But still might have to wait little after my time". which I was fine with. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organisation at Narellan Medical & Dental Centre. I took the time to book an appointment in advance, assuming that meant my time would be respected. Instead, I sat in the waiting room for well over an hour while watching multiple walk-ins being taken ahead of me. I really appreciate the medical and reception staff. They are very accommodating and caring. I moved from Qld and tried many centres around Campbelltown before staying with Narellan Medical and Dental. Thanks for the great service you give!
I was able to book an appointment on the same day. The practice was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Michael was efficient, professional, and provided an accurate diagnosis with confidence. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this clinic.
i was a patient at Narellan Medical and Dental Centre were i met such a lovely, caring DR by the name of Dr Lynette Wallace. id like to say it was such a nice experience she brings a lot to the centre which already has great doctors working there. highly recommend DR Wallace for female health a one stop centre with pharmacy and pathology onsite.
