I was able to book an appointment on the same day. The practice was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Michael was efficient, professional, and provided an accurate diagnosis with confidence. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this clinic.
First time attending the center and the first impression was good. However the doctor that saw my baby for the first round of vaccines and the only thing he did was to write on chat GPT “six weeks immunisation” and he read to me what it said. That’s is ridiculous I could have done it myself, he didn’t even do a proper examination.
This doctors practice is the worst doctors surgery i have ever been too. Dr sirajuddin and dr wassef are completely useless. They aren’t willing to discuss the problem with you. You try to explain your self and they just talk over the top of you in a hurry to finish up. They think they know what’s best with your current situation after history of taking something knowing what’s best yourself. If you want to find a good doctor. Please avoid these two doctors as they just don’t seem to care about their patients
The staff at this medical facility are fantasitic. The doctors are approachable, and patient. Will, at reception is so friendly and always very accommodating and helpful. The nurses, Amreen and Nav, are exceptional when it comes to interacting with young children. I was very impressed with the bubble distraction Amreen used to calm my hysterical two-year-old son during his vaccination process today. Had a great experience, Dr Michael is very supportive, and certainly had lot of experience. I felt really heard and taken care of. He was so patient and helped with all of my issues discussed .I had my 6 weeks baby with me and he was so kind to organize a nurse for me to hold baby during my checks and tests. Nurses were so helpful and friendly. Pathology lab lady was very supportive, she made the run to find my paperwork from reception as well for me and made me feel very comfortable.
