The male receptionist at the front desk with ginger hair is so friendly and welcoming. Dr Rasheed is also very compassionate to patients regarding all their needs. However, sometimes there is no doctors available especially on weekends and the wait times can be extremely long. However it appears they are making a strong effort to get more doctors on to meet the demand and i travel from Campbelltown because the service here is so good compared to Campbelltown

I was able to book an appointment on the same day. The practice was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Michael was efficient, professional, and provided an accurate diagnosis with confidence. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this clinic.

I’ve injuried myself twice in few months and got treated in the Queens Medical and Dental Center at Narellan. Each time I had an immediate attention from the doctors and nurses due to the severity of my injuries. Dr Michael and the clinic manager Pauline along with the nurses Barbara, Imika and Comfort showed their professionalism, care and compassion to me. They tried everything to ease my pain and continued to support and welcome me in the following daily dressing changes. Highly recommend the center!!

I woke up with what I believe is a clear eye infection, booked the only available doctor Dr Hameed, as my usual GP doesn't work Fridays! Such a waste of time and money (medicare), he didn't even check my eye, told me to take some over the counter eyedrops and I told him twice during the 3 minute consultation that I have a sore throat and itchy ears, he reluctantly looked into my throat and said it was all good, must be a viral infection, didn't even check my ears! The staff at this medical facility are fantasitic. The doctors are approachable, and patient. Will, at reception is so friendly and always very accommodating and helpful. The nurses, Amreen and Nav, are exceptional when it comes to interacting with young children. I was very impressed with the bubble distraction Amreen used to calm my hysterical two-year-old son during his vaccination process today.
