Booked online last night for appointment today as a new patient and I was impressed by the service and that I hardly waited. Doctor was quick but thorough and session was bulk-billed (unlike most now in Victoria). General practice facility was clean and easy to navigate. Recommend this GP
Was at the medical centre this morning while I was waiting the lovely receptionist (Lisa I beleive her name is) was very busy with phone calls & walkins one doctor on & one doctor running late ( doctors are human to & have unexpected delays). I’m not usually the type of person to leave these kinds of reviews, but this experience was appalling to say the least. My first time coming to this clinic with my 9 month old son as my regular doctor had no appointments. Had an 11:40am appointment with Dr Hameed. Upon checking in, the receptionist was super friendly, but I was not advised that the Dr I was seeing was running late. Waited 45 minutes, only to be in there for not even 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Receptionist fit my one year old daughter in despite the doctor being fully booked. We were rejected by a receptionist from a different establishment and stumbled across narellan medical and dental centre on a late Sunday afternoon. Thank you again!
A clean, presentable space. Receptionist was very helpful. As new patients, we were able to book online and smooth process and we were seen on time as per appointment scheduled time. Dr Zahran was thorough in her examination with our daughter. We would recommend this medical centre and would take our family back here. Plenty of parking.
