This is a photo is the second attempt, the first one was even worse so I requested to be redone. yes, the were charging for pedicure and no even worked on the cuticular area. The shellac’s all over my toes and the spa with cold water. The work was very low quality. And the custumer service had a lot to be desired. Bellow a photo of what this salon did and the after tip toe in Dickson fix the disaster and did a proper pedicure.
Literally just did dots for my pedicure, doesn’t even cover my whole toe nail Over charged us- me and another went and got the “pedi and manicure spa- $75” listed out the from on their sign. They charged us 240. Not happy.
Very bad customer service. Me and my friend we came for eyelash lift and tint. We waited for so long and the lady did the eyelash lift but there was no results at all. At least there should be a slight difference. She herself wasn’t sure what she did and wasn’t sure about the products she used for the lift. We are really disappointed on the service and the fact that she asked us to pay it was really wrong. :(
Extremely rushed job, paid extra $20 for chrome and its patchy and uneven. Bulky bits of gel stuck around my cuticles. Highly do not recommend this place.
Worst infill and French polish. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted just filed them down. They are Short, thick, sharp and some are duck shaped rather than square. Advertised $45 gel infill and $20 extra for French polish. Not sure how that adds up to $88. I was the only person in there when she started with 2 other staff members as soon as a few people came in she was more concerned about getting people to come and help her and just rushed it. Will not ever recommend or go back.
