I was diagnosed with a complex and debilitating Gluteal, Hamstring Tendonitis/ Bursitis where I couldn’t sleep without painkillers or sit without pain. After being referred to Andrew with his professional and extensive knowledge he was able to provide me with the necessary exercises & help to alleviate my pain and feel normal once again !
