I have been to lot of physios but this was absolutely the worst experience in my life. 1. 45 minute session started 10mins late - but finished on time. 2. Clinician spent a lot or time looking at computer typing rather than focusing on patient. 3. Price went up by $25. Price quoted over the phone was $125 but at checkout I was charged unquoted extra “first visit assessment fee”. So, i got less time than booked and had to pay extra. Extremely unhappy.
My Vitality Physio gave me excellent service for my personal gym program. Megan is always careful to ensure that I understand the techniques and requirements for each exercise and walks me through each one. She is available for follow ups and questions and I really appreciate her professional advice and friendly manner.
As a first time patient of My Vitality Physio Paradise Point I have been very impressed with the service and care the team at Vitality Physio have provided me so far. I am still receiving treatment for my lower back pain. A special mention to Minet my treating physiotherapist you are very professional and you care about the people you care for. Thankyou. Has to be 5 star From the moment I walked in I had the feeling of being in great hands. Steven was great with my shoulder pain and as he worked on the trapped nerve he talked his way through what was happening. Pain gone. So happy.
