My experience with the staff at Paradise Point was excellent from my first visit. Welcoming friendly reception staff,very helpful and accommodating when I had to change some appointment times. The physiotherapist Steve was very professional and easy to talk to, he devised a comprehensive exercise programme for my rehab of a torn meniscus and took time to explain any issues I had with the program. Could not ask for a better team to look after you than the one at My Vitality Paradise Point. From the reception to the exercise physiologist to the physiotherapists they are a great bunch that go out of their way to make you feel valued and they certainly take care of you. I would definitely recommended them as they have been so good helping me meet my exercise and rehabilitation needs. Thanks to the team.
I’ve been getting treatment from Steven at Paradise Point and he is honestly incredible. Great communication and a real personal approach to treatment. All the staff have been amazing. I couldn’t recommend the team highly enough.
Damon and the team were instrumental in my ability to walk without pain again. The hands-on Physiotherapy coupled with the Exercise Physiology provided me with the strength to move more freely and get back to living a fulfilled life.
