My first visit,, certainly a very positive experience, from Reception , to treatments from Tennille , which was concentrated upon my initial sore knee. Today I received a SMS, enquiring if I had any pain following treatment.

Andre and the staff at My Vitality Physio Hope Island are very efficient and welcoming. Andre knows his stuff, makes you feel comfortable and is super knowledgeable. Highly recommend 👌

Called here last minute today bc I woke with muscle soreness and tightness and couldn’t put pressure on my right leg. Was treated by Steve who was amazing! He used dry needling, massage, some stretching and finally taping to help alleviate some of the discomfort with walking. He was attentive and took his time listening then trying to fix my issue and reduce my discomfort. I already feel some relief. I can highly recommend My Vitality Physio at Hope Island. The staff are all really friendly and very knowledgeable. My physiotherapist is Tailah and I can't speak highly enough of her. She has also had a very gentle approach to my very painful injury and I am really pleased with the progress I'm making. Definitely 5 stars from me.

The staff, service, follow up and care, last but most important excellence of treatment at Vp, is exceptional. I have Stephen Himes as my physio, Allie as my ep. Absolutely thank you so much, I'm so improved!
