I have recently had the best dental experience ever at ‘My Family Dental’ here in Bowen with Dr T Tsering Dr T was gentle, kind, understanding and knowledgeable, she made me feel comfortable and confident that my feelings were valid. A visit to the dentist has always been a nervous, scary and at times terrifying experience until yesterday. What a joy and delightful surprise to put at ease immediately with Dr. T Roslyn
I rang My Family Dental at 2:20 pm regarding a cracked filling and at 2:40 pm the same day I was sitting in the dental chair! From the first point of contact, being the lady who answered my call, to the lovely dentist and her dental nurse I received nothing but friendliness, care and courtesy . We are just passing through Bowen and to be able to get a same day appointment was a great relief and I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough - just lovely people!
As always, fantastic dentistry from the wonderful Dr Tsering. Best DA experience.. never felt the suction one bit.. thank you Helayna you were awesome. Great customer service & atmosphere.
Dr Aleena was amazing! She was very informative and friendly throughout my procedure, making the whole process a relaxed experience. If going to the dentist makes you feel a bit anxious, i highly recommended Dr Aleena and the team at My Family Dental Bowen.
