My experience overall has beeen poor and I have returned thinking it might improve but it has not. The admin are lovely and there are a couple of doctors who are very dedicated and caring, however they are let down by the others who have absolutely no bedside manner and who don't call back to let you know if test results have been received and to advise whether a follow up appointment is needed. This medical centre honestly is so accommodating when you don’t have an appointment. Anna at the front desk does everything she can to get you in and always greets you with a smile which is so nice. Dr Jackie is very good with everyone in our family and loves children and recently saw DR HInchy when my 18 month old was very sick and he was so thorough and really made sure everything on him was checked which I really could not thank him enough for seeing us on short notice and making sure he had all the antibiotics he needed... read more
Dr Hinchy is the best doctor I have ever been to In my life I could not thank him enough he makes all his patients truly feel cared about I have nothing but the best to words to speak about him and Anna the most sweetest receptionist I have ever encountered is the most bubbly person ever and always making you feel welcome her smile is contagious! These two wonderful souls make a nervous trip to the medical centre a lot less anxious and a pleasant experience 🤍
Repeated and regular poor experiences with this practice. Appointments regularly run more than an hour late, on most occasions this is because reception staff have failed to check patients in properly. I have found most doctors here to be uninterested, rude, and dismissive.
My daughter R yesterday ( 30.11.25)at 2.52pm was not welcomed at Murrumba Downs med centre Receptionist told her that the Centre will close in 8 min . n dr do not take a new patient Reason : Not enough time to assess or etc So why they still were ? My daugter R have very swollen n painful left hand It w take a few min to assess, Give a antibiotics script n send for US to investigate She n her 5 year old son was send to another clinic SHAME ON THIS CLINIC !!!
