I cannot recommend this doctor’s surgery highly enough! The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. From the reception staff to the doctors and nurses, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and supported. Appointments are easy to book, and I’ve always been seen in a timely manner. I had a very disappointing experience. I visited with concerns about my daughter’s health, hoping for some guidance and reassurance. Instead of addressing my questions with care, the doctor was dismissive and told me I was worrying too much rather than providing any helpful advice. A doctor should make patients feel heard, not belittled. Additionally, when I mentioned pain in my forearm that occurs when lifting heavy objects, the doctor immediately told me not to lift anything due to inflammation—without even examining my ... read more

I booked an appointment through the medical centre’s HotDoc system. I received confirmation of the appointment by email. In a separate email I also had to confirm my attendance and was advised a penalty fee may apply if I didn’t turn up for my appointment. On arrival of my appointment I was told by the receptionist that the appointment was made in error by their system and that the doctor doesn’t even work on that day.
