My experience overall has beeen poor and I have returned thinking it might improve but it has not. The admin are lovely and there are a couple of doctors who are very dedicated and caring, however they are let down by the others who have absolutely no bedside manner and who don't call back to let you know if test results have been received and to advise whether a follow up appointment is needed. This is really disappointing. This practice used to be really good but the last few times I have been here for myself or another family member we have had to wait well beyond expected appointment time. I am sitting here waiting for my appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early. People who arrived after me were called in BEFORE me, so far it's 20 min waiting, appointment booked for 10.30. What?????? Get your appointment scheduling fixed or adjust your times!!!!

Not my preferred or regular GP but local to me and good enough for urgent appointments when availability elsewhere is limited. Reception ladies have always been pleasant and friendly, however I cannot say the same for the doctors I have seen at this centre. Dr Man**** T is extremely dismissive of concerns and/or symptoms, nor does he have any manners or empathy. After waiting for 25+ minutes beyond my appointment time, I was abruptly rushed back out the door. Very unfortunate to see this kind of attitude and behaviour.

This medical centre honestly is so accommodating when you don’t have an appointment. Anna at the front desk does everything she can to get you in and always greets you with a smile which is so nice. Dr Jackie is very good with everyone in our family and loves children and recently saw DR HInchy when my 18 month old was very sick and he was so thorough and really made sure everything on him was checked which I really could not thank him enough for seeing us on short notice and making sure he had all the antibiotics he needed... read more

Bad communication between patients reception staff and doctors at least on my experience. I was notified to see a doctor for a follow up about blood test. I went to see doctor (Name Removed) and was waiting for 1-1.5 hours I was told another doctor was free after enquiring how much longer I have to wait.
