I cannot recommend this doctor’s surgery highly enough! The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. From the reception staff to the doctors and nurses, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and supported. Appointments are easy to book, and I’ve always been seen in a timely manner. Booked my appointment with Dr Noel Brown. Biggest mistake ever. He needs to leave. His attitude is below par and level of service leaves little to be desired. A good doctor listens to his patients. I told him what my issue was and the medication i received from a previous occasion for the same issue. Despite this he told me 'you don't need that, this is what you need'. The medication did not work and so I am out of pocket for the consultation and the incorrect medicine cost. Complete waste of time and money visiting th... read more

Arrived 5 minutes before appointment. Reception advised that the Dr was running “a bit” late. A bit late is maybe 20 minutes - Not an Hour+ wait! Staff need to be more clear as to how long the wait time is on arrival (if there is one) - especially if it’s 30 minutes or longer!… Turned out to be 1 hr and 10 minute wait & there was still another 2 people in front. We unfortunately were not able to see the Dr due to other commitments.
