Couldn't care less and misdiagnosed - Attended 18/8/24 with my sick partner. She has a sore throat and over aches. "Dr" had a brief look inside her mouth, said Tonsilitis, gave a script for anti biotics and then took a personal phone call while we waited. Then brushed us out of the office with a wave of his hand while still on the phone!?! This morning partner felt worse, went to the local chemist and bought a RAT which showed immediately a positive result to COVID which two others in the family now have also. Absolutely appalling service from Dr Noel Brown aka cranky old man! Booked an appointment for baby vaccinations. Was told the latest I could book was 3:40. I finished work early and took kids out of daycare early to make this appointment. To then arrive and not see the doctor till 4:10 and by then the nurse had finished. Still went into appointment to get a check up and all doctor did was check her temperature and give me a form to see the nurse another day. Should you not have checked her weight? Her height? Very disappointed with this clinic. Daughter visited after being unwell for a week, dr spent the appointment complaining about what other treatment she had been receiving then sent her off for tests. No follow up phone call from the dr for the results despite ringing and asking for that to happen. No call for 2 days, call again, on hold for 20 minutes to get the rudest receptionist who practically yelled at me that the doctor doesn’t ring people. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Nalika and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As a first-time pregnant patient, I was hoping for guidance and support. Instead, Dr. Nalika was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the visit. Took my daughter in. Managed to get an appointment same day, weren’t waiting too long and the doctor we saw was super lovely. Then had to get an x-ray and was also really quick! Definitely recommend
