He didn’t even look over my daughter (1 year old) in and out in five minutes. Told she was fine and just has a post viral cough. Told doctor how she has been and medication she was on wasn’t working and we disagreed with his “she fine” he was rude and said we could get a 2nd opinion -yet our daughter has green runny nose, wet cough and fever. Took her for 2nd opinion and she has bronchitis. Don’t waste your time with this clinic or doctors. Just disgusting! Urgent care that shares this building is good though 👍
Great experience, Anna, the receptionist, has always been very helpful, understanding and very patient. Always having a smile with patients waiting to check in to see the GP and understanding their individual needs.
Always very helpful staff and experienced doctors! A great level of knowledge and understanding was displayed by Anna at the front desk, who was more than happy to help with further questions.
This feedback is for Anne the receptionist. I spoke to Anne a couple of times on the phone, she has such a beautiful calm nature and the calls went smoothly. Anne is even kinder in person, nothing is too much trouble for her, she explains things well and is clear. She is an asset to your business.
This visit was excellent. Last minute urgent appointment. The Doctor took great care of my daughter. As usual all admin and doctors treated my special needs daughter with respect and dignity. Thank you
