I recently had a knee injury that required surgery and ongoing physio. The GP who saw me referred me to the surgical specialist at MTP Health. I was immediately impressed by the whole team at MTP. They were very responsive, I was assessed by the specialist (Dr Cawthorne), referred for imaging and underwent my operation very quickly and smoothly. I have been going to MTP Health since September 2025 fir rehab on a knee injury. Lachlan is my EP. Starting 1:1 he developed a strength 12 program starting 2x weekly which focused on muscle strength & stability for both legs. I dropped down to 1 session a week in a group session where I worked by myself with Lachlan or Nathan supervising the group. Whilst complimenting this with swimming, walking and reformer pilates. Dr Chan is fantastic, good communication skills, he is respectful, fair and has a good bed side manor. My scar work is so tidy and we got through the procedure with no side effect or nerve damage In a terrible situation he made good of it and made me feel safe and supported Sam his onsite physio was really thorough with setting my cast aswell
Dr Chan and Zak were easy to talk to, completely professional and the office was clean and welcoming. The receptionists were friendly and patient. There was parking at the door and a lift, so no need to do stairs unless you want to.
MTP is an amazing organization as I have previously had 2 knee replacement by Dr Jonathon Negus and 2 weeks ago had a right hip replacement by Dr Sean Williams. Both doctors and their staff are unbelievable and the care, pre and post surgery, was exceptional. Thanks to all staff for your care and compassion to an older patient.
