This place is absolutely rubbish We had called in earlier this morning twice to check availibilities and book they confirmed booking and when we turned upto the appointment receptionist said today is a walk in day and there is wait time before a doctor can see you.(the only doctor) Receptionist or Operator very deceiving I hope no one have the need to visit such places, however the realty is we/humans we get sick. Booked online to see Dr Zakiyah, wanted to charge me a consultation fee $80 and xray fee $65 even though I have been there before lol truly ridiculous i explained i know which tooth requires extraction why do i need to pay a consult fee if i am telling you exactly what is required. The Dr had no empathy for the amount of pain i was in and then wanted to charge $400 plus for an extraction before I even told her which tooth lmao. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received today when trying to book a telehealth appointment. I first called your clinic at 9:00 AM to book a telehealth consultation. The receptionist advised me to call back around 10:00–10:30 AM for booking, which I did. It is unacceptable that a representative of the Medical Centre showed more professionalism and basic decency than Dr. Kayalvily herself. At no point did she explain that the prescription I requested required continuous medical assessment. Instead, I was misled with false information about age restrictions and subjected to assumptions about the purpose of the prescription. Primary Dental Clinic is a well maintained clinic and the wait times are effective and quick. No dramas, easy appointment and clarity of communication. I had a complete Dental clean up polish and filling with stay. Dr Namrata Rawal was really great. She explained and asked me all the pre historic consult information.
