I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received today when trying to book a telehealth appointment. I first called your clinic at 9:00 AM to book a telehealth consultation. The receptionist advised me to call back around 10:00–10:30 AM for booking, which I did. Primary Dental Clinic is a well maintained clinic and the wait times are effective and quick. No dramas, easy appointment and clarity of communication. I had a complete Dental clean up polish and filling with stay. Dr Namrata Rawal was really great. She explained and asked me all the pre historic consult information. Carefully checked for all possible flaws and guided with most easiest and appropriate method of maintaing my Dental health. Very Happy with the treatment. It is unacceptable that a representative of the Medical Centre showed more professionalism and basic decency than Dr. Kayalvily herself. At no point did she explain that the prescription I requested required continuous medical assessment. Instead, I was misled with false information about age restrictions and subjected to assumptions about the purpose of the prescription. I love going to this medical centre because my GP Dr Rosemarie Castro is so good, very kind, very thorough & very accommodating. All the staff are all good too, polite, friendly& efficient. I will highly recommend to my relatives & friends to go to this medical centre. I am so thankful that I was recommended by my physio to go to them.
Very poor service. The reception staff allocated me to the wrong doctor, and I had to wait for more than two hours. They didn’t even apologise for the mistake they made. People who came after me were seen by the doctor before me. When I asked the reception staff about this, they had no explanation. When I made the appointment, the receptionist told me there were four patients ahead of me, but even after two hours, she still said there were three patients before me. How ever more than four patties met doctor during this time.
