This medical centre is amazing as we visited them on Sunday. Judith is a good receptionist and she is very welcoming and kind. She did her best to help us in a quick way and to see the doctor( Voughan Zabala). Thank you so much.
A short note to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care and treatment that Dr Ahmed Taher provided us when attending the medical centre. His care, ampathy, medical knowledge and dedication were truly appreciated. Thank you Dr Taher for your outstanding service. I wish you all the best
Had my teeth cleaned by one of the dentists. On the pricey side. Later I found that the dental clinic beside Kmart (walking distance, close to this clinic) offers better service for a cheaper price.
Reception since MARCH 2024 has declined, They are rude to anyone who is not islander, look foreign or extremely elderly with a visible disability and the centre apparently does not do appointments anymore in 2025 and yet certain people come into the centre after others wait for hours and are seen right away. The centre was great when Dr. Hamilton was still there but since then wait times are over 2 hrs, staff treat you based off of their personal preference no matter if you are being polite or not. Disgraceful reception.
The reception is appalling, with exception for the Fijian lady. She consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service skills but, I haven’t seen her at the front desk as much. The two younger islander girls are very rude, I’ve never experienced such dismissive, unhelpful reception staff. They cut you off before you’ve finished what you have said, hang up without saying good bye and talk to you like a robot.
