Primary Dental Clinic is a well maintained clinic and the wait times are effective and quick. No dramas, easy appointment and clarity of communication. I had a complete Dental clean up polish and filling with stay. Dr Namrata Rawal was really great. She explained and asked me all the pre historic consult information. Carefully checked for all possible flaws and guided with most easiest and appropriate method of maintaing my Dental health. Very Happy with the treatment. I love going to this medical centre because my GP Dr Rosemarie Castro is so good, very kind, very thorough & very accommodating. All the staff are all good too, polite, friendly& efficient. I will highly recommend to my relatives & friends to go to this medical centre. I am so thankful that I was recommended by my physio to go to them.
Very poor service. The reception staff allocated me to the wrong doctor, and I had to wait for more than two hours. They didn’t even apologise for the mistake they made. People who came after me were seen by the doctor before me. When I asked the reception staff about this, they had no explanation. When I made the appointment, the receptionist told me there were four patients ahead of me, but even after two hours, she still said there were three patients before me. How ever more than four patties met doctor during this time.
Super thankful for the team at Mount Druitt Medical and Dental. Receptionist Judith was super lovely and incredibly helpful in helping locate my missing files and records and in explaining the processes. Dr. zabala was super thorough and made sure I received the best care, treatment and information possible! Highly recommend.
Judith the receptionist is an ANGEL. My doctor recently retired and I was having trouble making appointments as someone with an extensive medical background. Judith went above and beyond to find me a doctor within the clinic who could manage me. I was an emotional mess and she calmed me right down! The staff at this centre are who you want to lead the way in a medical care system!
