The toilets are usually absolutely atrocious, been going there for years and I've had enough. For a doctor surgery the standards are low...went in to do a urine test all three toilets had toilet paper blocking the toilets, period pads, blood in toilets, urine soaked floors that stink, toilet paper all over the ground, felt disgusting walking in. Just as bad as the shops toilets, definitely need to hire some cleaners that can tidy up in there atleast twice a day since people can't use a bathroom properly in mount druitt.
I would like to say at Mt Druitt medical and dental surgery. Judith is the only decent girl or lady. I should say there who will always help you comfort you when you need comfort and always makes you feel happy. She is a very kind loving gentle humble person you should give her credit for what she’s done in this surgery over 14 years Instead of picking and saying that they talk too much and not enough work at the desk this is wrong to say for her. My doctor was awesome as usual but the receptionist were too busy having a private conversation about food & travelling with someone that was there to see the doctor and I had to wait for another receptionist to come out of the room before I was even looked at. My family and I only attend the medical centre for our doctor and if was no longer there then we wouldn’t go back.
I would like to say Dr Zabala and Judith are 2 amazing people . They are also helping people out and looking after there patient . I would recommend this medical centre as 1 of the best centres I have been 2 . They are really professional and always polite and kind . I having been coming here for 4 years and never had any issues where if I was to go somewhere else I wasn’t happy with the service . This is my number 1 medical centre . Extremely disappointing and very very poor quality service and no respect for the people come in to see the doctors. I went 4:45 pm to get an ultrasound report and there were no doctors available to see even closing time 6pm. I asked her - I am not seeing the doctors here as they are unavailable and if I go to another medical centre and they ask to send the ultrasound report to them from this centre.
