The female psychologist I saw today 22/01/2026 left me in a emotional rut and had no empathy or compassion for my traumatic experiences, By the end of the session, I felt significantly more distressed and anxious than when I arrived, and I did not gain any benefit, clarity, or guidance from the appointment. I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and emotionally unsafe in what should have been a therapeutic environment. I have written a formal complaint in regards to my session, Thank you Reeala Pepe

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received today when trying to book a telehealth appointment. I first called your clinic at 9:00 AM to book a telehealth consultation. The receptionist advised me to call back around 10:00–10:30 AM for booking, which I did. I brought my father in to see the podiatrist, Dr Issa, after he’d been struggling with foot pain for a long time. He’d actually been misdiagnosed elsewhere, and nothing seemed to help. Dr Issa took the time to properly assess his condition, explain everything clearly, and start the right treatment. For the first time in a long while, my father is able to walk with much less pain. We’re both very grateful for the care and professionalism. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely rubbish We had called in earlier this morning twice to check availibilities and book they confirmed booking and when we turned upto the appointment receptionist said today is a walk in day and there is wait time before a doctor can see you.(the only doctor) Receptionist or Operator very deceiving I hope no one have the need to visit such places, however the realty is we/humans we get sick. I hope you guys have a wonderful day choose wisely

Receptionists are mostly nice but this facility is very inefficient and not dependable at all. There are days no GPs and Physio are available because the GPs went home early. If there are GPs, they are VERY slow, even after seeing a patient, they take their time to call the next one, almost 20-30min in between AFTER seeing a patient 🤦‍♂️
