god i will never leave reviews unless it was a really really good experience or the worst outcome ever and this experience literally made me so frustrated. wasted half of my day because they just didnt want to call my name for me to see gp. went and asked the receptionist how long the wait is as i’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours now and they said that my name had been called and i was on a wait room.. although i watched the doctor and every person that was called yet my name wasnt. i asked how long will i be next and said... read more
The receptionist was lovely and I only had to wait 30 minutes all round to see a doctor and to get my son’s vaccination. Much quicker than the usual medical centre I go to. The doctor was also nice.
The Medical Centre has really improved with Service and Dr Don is one in a million he is the best Dr you could ever wish for. BUT there is one big problem at the Medical Centre the problem is that there are people who work in Westfields or visit there for shopping. What they are doing they are parking their cars in the Medical Centre all day to save them having to pay for their vehicles. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Farah Irfan. Her communication was extremely rude and dismissive, and she showed no interest in listening or offering real care. It felt like she had no compassion or patience for her patients, and unfortunately, I also sensed discriminatory behavior in the way she interacted. What was most shocking was her refusal to physically examine patients — seemingly because she considers herself too “clean” to touch anyone. Dr. Niranjan has very understanding and listens patently to patients problems and provides proper advise based on customers situation both financial and personally. Manager Victor is always helpful and energetic. Shows empathy towards patients and always tries to help with billing.
