Ross Turner was our property manager for a unit we leased for almost 3 years. We've had an excellent experience with Ross - he is professional, responsive, tentative and very friendly. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and inspections were friendly and not intimidating. Ross takes pride in his work, he makes a effort to remember his tenants and their interests.
