Always a great experience at Move Physio. David is so knowledgeable. He's great at diagnosing, and backing it up with the correct techniques to recover from any issues. He has helped me with multiple times over the years with pre, during and post pregnancy issues.

My 17 year old son has been attending Pilates classes for almost a year. He is a tall fast bowler with a history of injuries and the work he’s put in with David and the gang over the last year is really starting to pay off. He’s strength and control has improved massively and he really enjoys the challenge and the steady advancements in his program over the year. Went in with a painful frozen neck and shoulder and walk out with no pain or almost normal range of motion. Cleared up and back to normal next day. They really know their stuff and great wonderful people who listen to your needs. Best physio I’ve been to in Australia.
