Rocky helped us out on working a way to use capital from an existing home and buying/building a new home. Considering I was not a permanent resident at the time I was amazed we managed to make something work with a major Australian bank at reasonable rates. It was an easy process, especially for someone like myself that is physically allergic to anything involving finance and/or contracts. Couldn't recommend highly enough and I have already put friends and colleagues in touch.
