I am really pleased with my ONERO classes at Moore Health. Classes are small and the excellent professional staff keep a very close eye on you to ensure your technique is correct.

I’ve been attending Onero weight lifting classes at Moore Health since April 2024 and have already noticed improvements. I’m doing this supervised strength training for osteoporosis, to improve my bone density, and I feel stronger overall, with better balance – to help prevent falls. I also have scoliosis, with related neck and lumbar pain and instability. Doing the twice weekly weight lifting, I’ve noticed my lumbar spine in particular is more stable, with less pain.
