My last visit to medical Moonee Ponds Centre was very satisfying. My appointment was on time and I I didn’t have to wait. I had an appointment with the nurse and GP (Dr Katie Stout) both were very attentive and knowledgeable, also made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists deserve a big thank you for being helpful and friendly. I will be definitely going back.
Great location, book on line works well, good range of services, GP access excellent - mostly good team of docs. Has new Commonwealth funded Injury - Urgent care clinic, which I used once - quick service and access to diagnostics including CT, which i required. Very happy to have this close by
My appointment was at 9:10, I rang to say I would be 5 to 10 minutes late however in the end my appointment was 1 hour and 5 minutes after my initial scheduled appointment, and this was only because the person in front of me was not there for their appointment when called. I had to apologise to three different groups of people for not being available for meetings from 9:30 til 10:30am and reschedule 2. Very efficient clinic. Visited the urgent care area shortly after the Christmas period as our usual clinic was closed. Very happy with the treatment, kindness and efficiency of the processes here. All under one roof, chemist too- who are very pleasant staff to deal with. All in all, very grateful for this place we will definitely remember in future.
I attended this clinic for the first time and received timely, courteous care at reception but the doctor I was randomly allocated to see proved to be the best doctor that I have been to in many years. Dr. Sharad Rawal listens to your concerns, takes the time to asses the problem and guides you into the best solution for your situation. He is knowledgeable and caring. Great doctors are hard to find but I am thankful I have found one.
