I used the service here in March 2024. After the doctor examined me and prescribed medicine, she said she would call me a few days later to check on my health over the phone. But I had no idea that this call would be charged and no one told me about it. Until today, October 17th, I received an email asking me to pay $78. I feel that the call was not really necessary and they should have asked me if I wanted the call or not and should have informed me of the cost.
Used urgent care with young Italian visiting cousin who was briefly attended to efficiently. Was then given an appointment with GP for following morning. GP treatment was excellent, very thorough. No extra charges whatsoever. A rare extremely positive experience all up. Minimal wait time. Very much considering transferring from our regular GP who was going to charge well over double the cost for same treatment.
What a blessing it is to have a good GP. Dr Christian Wiseman has been managing my care for some years and I am in such excellent hands. He is never dismissive, providing reassurance and thorough, holistic care. He investigates all my medical concerns, referring to specialists and allied health when it is outside his scope. Equally important, Dr Wiseman cares about his patients as people.
FAKE DOCTORs!! I had an appointment with Dr Sharad Rawal today as I wanted to get my bloodwork done that I usually get with other GPs. After showing him what I needed tested, he advised me that he was unable to refer me as he wouldn't be able to help me as he doesnt know much about the things I wanted to test and wouldn't be able to advise me on treatment if anything was to come up. GP (A. N.) gave incorrect EpiPen dosage for weight. Did not admit mistake or apologise. Gave correct dose in follow-up appointment saying he 'didn't want to be involved' (?!). Another GP (and pharmacist) helped determine the correct dose. This clinic also generally makes you wait about an hour for a pre-booked appointment.
