GP told me she doesn’t see a lot of infants with mine’s particular issue (which is very common) even though she lists pediatrics as an area of special interest. She also kept emphasizing 10min for each visit and I pretty much got kicked out. My visit to the Medical Centre was to receive treatment from the podiatrist. Booking on line was a little repetitive as I had to fill in the same form twice. When I arrived the reception staff were polite, friendly and efficient. My experience at the podiatrist was excellent. It was efficient, professional and done with care. My husband and I have been going here for years. Although we haven't always seen only the one Doctor, we find that Dr Read is very knowledgeable, caring and efficient as we see him mostly. The other Doctors in the clinic are just as good. Reception is always courteous and quick as possible to help. The Clinic is wheelchair accessible and kept very clean
I found the experience of visiting Moonee Ponds urgent care to be really good. From reception to to seeing a doctor, for me, the process was smooth and efficient. Even the result of the X-ray was delivered promptly. The doctor who saw me was so personable and I felt so confident in her care. All the staff were caring and efficient.
