My experience attending the Priority Primary Care Clinic on Wednesday 14 February 2024 was bizarre and demeaning. (Also, an aside: Why is the only means of providing feedback turn out to be in a public way? That's doesn't seem appropriate for health care services to me. Made an appointment here as my normal GP was booked out, it was easy to see an doctor and they were so lovely at reception. The GP I saw was thorough and explained things without rushing, pretty good considering it’s the sick season and everyone is busy. I’ve been back again and will use as my local GP.
Fantastic and friendly front desk staff that are polite and so helpful. The doctors are great, thorough and extremely patient. They take as much time as needed to examine and diagnose, without rushing you through to get to the next patient. This clinic has become our family clinic from now on. Thank-you for the great service.
My toddler was unwell, but it wasn’t an emergency. I approached one clinic and called 2 others- all booked til next week! They wouldn’t even briefly see my toddler to ensure he was ok. The last clinic I called recommended Priority Care and I am so grateful they did. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wait time wasn’t long and the Dr. was very caring and attentive. Thank you for having a place to go to even without an appt.
Dr Christian Wiseman is a very caring and understanding Doctor with a beautiful bedside manner. He listens and takes time to understand your health concerns and needs. I always feel well cared for and never rushed during my consultation He definitely deserves a 5 star rating This clinic and his patients are blessed to have him
