Used urgent care with young Italian visiting cousin who was briefly attended to efficiently. Was then given an appointment with GP for following morning. GP treatment was excellent, very thorough. No extra charges whatsoever. A rare extremely positive experience all up. Minimal wait time. Very much considering transferring from our regular GP who was going to charge well over double the cost for same treatment.
I LOVE the Moonee Ponds super clinic. Everyone of the drs is amazing, especially Dr Donna! I love that you can do everything in the one place; a blood test, heart checks, feet, teeth, scans! The wait is never too long, and it is easy to get an appointment, even if its need urgently! They also now have urgent care.
Great place with lots of facilities open 7 days a week, very convenient. One dissatisfaction, all results are gone to a specific GP who wrote referral instead of being posted on patients' files for any any other GP to see. Practitioners came and went, but the file stays. In my particular case, my GP left clinic needed an urgent referral, which was provided by a different GP. When I went for results, after choosing a new GP, the results were not on my file but were sent to the referral GP, which took time. I am now wondering... read more
I have been a patient here for many years. Although I have moved I will still continue to visit Cassandra Law my podiatrist. She is the best! The receptionists are always so warm & friendly especially Natalie at the Specialist Desk. Highly recommend this medical centre.
The staff at Moonee Ponds medical clinic are AMAZING! In one place I have found my primary doctor, pharmacy, imaging AND the most amazing nursing team. Bowen in particular is kind, welcoming, and makes the environment so much more comfortable. Thank you all!
