Used urgent care with young Italian visiting cousin who was briefly attended to efficiently. Was then given an appointment with GP for following morning. GP treatment was excellent, very thorough. No extra charges whatsoever. A rare extremely positive experience all up. Minimal wait time. Very much considering transferring from our regular GP who was going to charge well over double the cost for same treatment.
We've been using this practice for years and find the staff really accommodating, caring and helpful. There is a good range of appointments available and its really easy to book them via the app. So great having the urgent care clinic here too
The reception staff, and Dr Benito have provided wonderful and friendly care and service whenever I have called or been in for a visit. The website is also easy to use and handy. Best clinic I've found in a long time!
I’m grateful to all the lovely staff at the gp clinic & urgent care. The folks on the front desk have been very kind & patient. The nurses have gently applied bandages for me multiple days in row (thanks in particular to Upma and Kim) & the doctors are efficient while providing excellent care. Thank you to all.
I LOVE the Moonee Ponds super clinic. Everyone of the drs is amazing, especially Dr Donna! I love that you can do everything in the one place; a blood test, heart checks, feet, teeth, scans! The wait is never too long, and it is easy to get an appointment, even if its need urgently! They also now have urgent care.
