My last visit to medical Moonee Ponds Centre was very satisfying. My appointment was on time and I I didn’t have to wait. I had an appointment with the nurse and GP (Dr Katie Stout) both were very attentive and knowledgeable, also made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists deserve a big thank you for being helpful and friendly. I will be definitely going back.
Very efficient clinic. Visited the urgent care area shortly after the Christmas period as our usual clinic was closed. Very happy with the treatment, kindness and efficiency of the processes here. All under one roof, chemist too- who are very pleasant staff to deal with. All in all, very grateful for this place we will definitely remember in future.
Saw Dr Read for over 12 years over 2 For health practices. Yes my entire family saw him and found him to be wonderful. Unfortunately following my last telehealth appointment as I was hanging up he pointed out that my husband he had just seen face to face had informed him we were fighting. A total breach of patients confidentiality. I reacted by hanging up 3 times. He reacted by refusing further care fully knowing my being under work cover I would not get another work cover doctor
Horrible experience. Was sent to Dr Jai after attending the attached Ugent Care, regarding an accident I was in earlier in the week. Showed no care or concern for my pain. Gave no recommendations for rest - I had to ask if I should take time off work or just push through the pain. Said he couldn't do any paperwork for me regarding the TAC and gave incorrect advice about contacting them. I highly recommend Dr Katie Stout. She is kind and compassionate taking the time to listen to my concerns. Then she clearly explains things back to me so that I can understand. This makes me comfortable that I am receiving excellent medical care. I truly appreciate her dedication to her patients!
