My visit to the Medical Centre was to receive treatment from the podiatrist. Booking on line was a little repetitive as I had to fill in the same form twice. When I arrived the reception staff were polite, friendly and efficient. My experience at the podiatrist was excellent. It was efficient, professional and done with care. I would only rate Moonee Ponds Medical & Dental Centre for their emergency doctor. Notwithstanding the long wait times, the emergency doctor provides a thorough assessment and clear guidance. Unfortunately, my experiences with the GPs there have been extremely disappointing. I found the experience of visiting Moonee Ponds urgent care to be really good. From reception to to seeing a doctor, for me, the process was smooth and efficient. Even the result of the X-ray was delivered promptly. The doctor who saw me was so personable and I felt so confident in her care. All the staff were caring and efficient.
Been coming to Moonee Ponds Medical Centre since 2012, highly professional staff, can always get an appointment, the centre has everything needed: pathology, doctors, urgent care clinic, chemist, dentist, Xray and ultrasound sound. Highly recommended centre
