I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my infusion. Nurse Bowen ensured that from the begining of the procedure to the end i was comfortable and taken care of. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all my questions and made sure to inform me of after care procedures. He was extremly skilled esuring that IV placement was smooth and as painless as can be, making sure to check my confortablilty at every step. Booked in to see Dr. Neil Read specifically as the website said he was lgbtqia safe doctor. Drove an hour to see him only to have issues at the medial centre parking. He refused to see my very sick child because we were 3 minutes late. Tell me have you Never made a patient wait well over their booked time? A few things or observations. Car parking. Although you have a fantastic car park for patients spaces are very limited. Is there anything you can do to make more available? I think over half are allocated to staff?? Also not sure what the solution is for the car park if you don’t have your phone? Fees. Taking a preauth is not a great experience. My husband and I have been going here for years. Although we haven't always seen only the one Doctor, we find that Dr Read is very knowledgeable, caring and efficient as we see him mostly. The other Doctors in the clinic are just as good. Reception is always courteous and quick as possible to help. The Clinic is wheelchair accessible and kept very clean
GP told me she doesn’t see a lot of infants with mine’s particular issue (which is very common) even though she lists pediatrics as an area of special interest. She also kept emphasizing 10min for each visit and I pretty much got kicked out. Look I’m here to get my issues resolved and looking for trusted advice (which I also didn’t trust and went to ask for a second opinion which differed), not to keep an eye on the clock.
