GP told me she doesn’t see a lot of infants with mine’s particular issue (which is very common) even though she lists pediatrics as an area of special interest. She also kept emphasizing 10min for each visit and I pretty much got kicked out. Look I’m here to get my issues resolved and looking for trusted advice (which I also didn’t trust and went to ask for a second opinion which differed), not to keep an eye on the clock. A few things or observations. Car parking. Although you have a fantastic car park for patients spaces are very limited. Is there anything you can do to make more available? I think over half are allocated to staff?? Also not sure what the solution is for the car park if you don’t have your phone? Fees. Taking a preauth is not a great experience. My visit to the Medical Centre was to receive treatment from the podiatrist. Booking on line was a little repetitive as I had to fill in the same form twice. When I arrived the reception staff were polite, friendly and efficient. My experience at the podiatrist was excellent. It was efficient, professional and done with care. Been coming to Moonee Ponds Medical Centre since 2012, highly professional staff, can always get an appointment, the centre has everything needed: pathology, doctors, urgent care clinic, chemist, dentist, Xray and ultrasound sound. Highly recommended centre
