Been a regular patient since 2013. Excellent medical centre, always highly reliable, professional, caring, accurate, experienced GPs. Excellent reception service too. Thank you to Moonee Ponds Medical and Dental Centre!!! Probably the best medical centre in Melbourne. 5 stars.
We saw Dr Barry at the UCC, he was highly knowledgeable and reassuring. We were able to get an X-ray on site and have the films reviewed. Thank you so much, the clinical care was excellent.
It is a fantastic clinic if you do not want to go to the emergency departmemt at the hospital. Staff are friendly, easy to find and staff are efficient. Both myself and son have attended and were pleased with the care provided. It's a great environment, very clean and has a chemist in the clinic if required.
My son has fractured his finger and we came in at 9am and were very efficiently looked after. He had his X-ray and saw the doctor all within a very short time period. Thankyou for the excellent service!
I used the service here in March 2024. After the doctor examined me and prescribed medicine, she said she would call me a few days later to check on my health over the phone. But I had no idea that this call would be charged and no one told me about it. Until today, October 17th, I received an email asking me to pay $78. I feel that the call was not really necessary and they should have asked me if I wanted the call or not and should have informed me of the cost.
