I approached Nick after I hadn't received the desired outcome from the bank - I presented with a difficult scenario and needed financing from a bank that would take into consideration maternity leave. Nick was able to get me the result I needed in a short time frame, not only that but he is friendly and has excellent communication skills. After all the hops I made him jump through, we were both able to get me to settlement on time.
we recently re-financed with Nick, very happy with the outcome! He found us great rates and was much more efficient and proactive than previous brokers and credit unions we have dealt with
