Been having reoccurring lower back issues since High School. Became so bad I couldn't lift or even hold my child. A few sessions with Mixed Osteo had a diagnosis, a clear plan forward and step by step exercises to improve my strength. Feeling absolutely fine and am able to play with my kid without any pain or discomfort
Luke was simply amazing. I sustained a shoulder injury that prevented me from being able to lift my arm above my head or even do the mechanics of throwing a punch. I had seen several physios and their treatment was effective in the moment. Luke was recommended to me and after the very first session I had seen an incredible improvement in my shoulders mobility. After several sessions my shoulder was back working and I was back in the gym training. I highly recommend Luke and his services.
Dr Luke is excellent - not only did he get me back up and running again (literally), but his integrated approach helped the recovery along so much faster. Turns out you are what you eat - thanks Luke!
