I highly recommend Luke at Mixed Osteo, especially for anyone involved in high-impact sports. I’ve had a great experience seeing Nat for some ongoing back pain. After the first couple of sessions I noticed a reduction in my pain and it’s super interesting seeing how the various exercises help me to move differently. I’ve previously seen Physios who have treated the painful spot directly, but it often comes back after treatment.
