Thank you so much to Jennifer & Nathan for your helpful service at the Hervey Bay office in helping me choose the right Air Condition unit for our Home and having it fitted within a week the 5th day of summer. We would also like give our big thanks to Len, the Apprentice and the Electrician that did such a wonderful job removing the old A/C and installing the New Daikin airconditioning. And they left the home spotless on leaving. Couldn't ask for anything more from a Air Condition company here in Hervey Bay.
We had a number of quotes to add both a ducted and a large Daikin split system to our home and office, and we were impressed with the advice, quote, and service from the team at Midcoast Air. Their team was fantastic during the installation process, which was a BIG job given that we installed a ducted Daikin system in our upstairs area and a large split system in our downstairs office area. I have used Midcoast AIr for new installs and servicing. The boys are always friendly and efficient and the office staff are the same. Prices are reasonable and you can get an appointment within an acceptable timeframe.

Excellent service, they were able to install we our air conditioner on 24 Dec - we thought we would have to wait till January! The guys arrived on time, got stuck in and finished to job quickly. Would definitely recommend.
