I am extremely pleased with all aspects of dealing with Midcoast Air, Hervey Bay right from having our house assessed for the appropriate Air Conditioning requirements up to the completed installation. Once I had accepted the quote it was only a short time before the three units were booked in to be installed. We were told by family that Midcoast Air did a good job so we contacted them to install a unit in our guest bedroom. They surpassed our expectations. Admin staff were polite and pleasant and very efficiently arranged for Tony to visit and discuss our requirements. We recently moved into a new property where the AC unit was in need of cleaning and TLC. Very professional and easy to deal with. They made sure the job was done properly. Their tradesmen arrived on time and were very respectful of our property while cleaning our aircons. One was not working properly so we had them replace it ready for summer.
