Very satisfied with my service and clean on our multi head split system Air-conditioning unit. Arrived at the time advised by the office. Russell and Liam were very quick and clean as they carried out whatever was required. Very pleasant and professional and were obviously very knowledgeable about their work. Highly recommend this business.

We purchased a split system aircon from Mid Coast Air - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries . The Company was a pleasure to deal with, from initial Phone Contact, to Quote to Installation. Communication & advice was excellent. They arrived on time and did a great job installing on Thursday.

I dealt with Zac & Fallon and could not fault their excellent, timely service to fix my Aircon. Don't you just love "good old fashioned service" dealing with real LOCAL people - I sure do! I have very impressed with the team at Midcoast. Utmost professionalism, punctual, professional and friendly. They have a great sales team that personalise their service to your needs. They actively listen to your needs and then taylor systems to suit your household. They were also very competitive with pricing. 5 stars from me .

Great communication, very flexible with appointments as we had to change days, the tradesmen were very thorough, explained a problem with air con and took pics to show me from in the ceiling. They were polite & easy to talk to, they did not just breeze in and out, we felt they gave the air con a good service and us great advice. Highly recommend Mid Coast Air.
