Mid Coast Doors Services. I contacted them for a quote for raising the opening and fitting a higher door. Paul came around the same day with the mobile show room. He looked and measured then offered the best solution for us. We went into the mobile show room and went through types of doors, materials and options. The quoting process and mobile demonstration made the selection process made the selection of a new door very easy. The options available were fully explained which my wife and I to make a well-informed decision. The communication between ordering and installation was good and we kept informed of manufacturing delays. Installation on the day was fantastic and the operation of the door was explained in full. Security features of the panel lift icon door are great. Big thank you to the whole team at Mid Coast Doors.
Our very old garage tilt door was finally struggling to operate so we contacted businesses in the area advertising garage door services and supply. All 5 were unable to help. Luckily, one advised us to contact Jim at Mid Coast Door Services as he could custom make a door for us. Long story short, we now have a new custom made and fitted door that quietly and efficiently does the job. It also looks great.!! Treasure customer service these day’s folks, because it’s very rare! Shane and Geoff couldn’t have been more professional and thoughtful if they tried. They even fixed an old shed door that had needed some love, for a very long time; and made a huge difference for the oldies to manage. Just a wonderful experience all round. Highly recommend them.
The service was excellent. From the first phone call at 3pm to the fix of our garage door at 4.30pm. The repair men were friendly and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Certainly will recommend them.
