Brilliant service, as always. Nathan is skilled, speedy and kind; has been looking after my Honda Jazz for several years now and always offers good advice and options. Absolutely recommend!!
Whilst travelling through the Gold Coast we had car trouble. Nathan was amazing. He fitted us in quickly and had the problem solved in no time. He even charged less than he'd originally quoted. A huge thank you Nathan.
Would not recommend. He said my car had a damaged inlet valve, low compression on cylinder 1, and a leaking inlet valve. Said it was gonna be $4000 plus to get fixed. We did a compression test and leak test and everything was fine. The issue ended up being just a clogged fuel injector. It’s been 5 months since cleaning fuel injector and I’ve had no issues. Also offered to buy my car for cheap which was sus. Saved myself a few thousand dollars.
Nathan is incredible, he has saved the day for me a few times! Each time service and outcomes have been amazing. I couldn’t recommend mermaid mechanical enough, will always my first choice of mechanic on the GC.
Nathan did a pre purchase inspection on a proposed vehicle and i was very happy with the issues he identified and subsequently had him take care of the repairs post purchase. I would highly recommend Nathan, I will certainly be taking my car to him again .
