I had an excellent experience with my nurse Amy today. She was incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. She took the time to understand my needs and put together my care plan accordingly. I truly felt supported and valued. Highly recommend her care! Thank you Amy 😊
Horrible wait times however lovely receptionist! I can understand how stressful the job can be but the id highly recommend to stay away from Dr Rozina Parvin. I’ve been to her twice (second time was an accident) and it’s been a horrible experience both times. So dismissive and as if she doesn’t really care about what’s going on with you . honestly she made me feel on both occasions just like “another patient” another dollar and nothing more. Not happy with some of the doctors arrival times, or their ability to run to appointment bookings. If a 9am appointment has been booked, the doctor should be there and not arrive at 10am for work. This is very, very common for more than one doctor at the practice. If you set up appointments one afyer the other, with your doctor appointment first then maybe physio or something after, expect not to make your second appointment. Pathetic service, I understand it's priority care. But having booked an appointment and still waiting for a case that could potentially be medical emergency and that too is for a newborn. It's pathetic. Please do not visit until you have a whole day to waste. Go somewhere else.
Great emergency care, You can book on HotDoc to get an appointment however you might still wait due to loads of patients before you. I can say the care is wonderful, a whiteboard is placed up near the check-in window telling you how long the wait currently is and what Dr they have on that day. You report to the reception then sit and wait for your name to be called. You will see the nurse first, who assesses your needs then you sit and wait for your name to be called to see the Doctor.
