I recently went to your clinic as Ive just moved to Melton. I was really surprised that there is an Optometrist and a display of frames in the doorway. As a glasses wearer it will save me from going to the shopping center for my checks. I had an excellent experience with my nurse Amy today. She was incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. She took the time to understand my needs and put together my care plan accordingly. I truly felt supported and valued. Highly recommend her care! Thank you Amy 😊
I had such an amazing experience today when I visited the clinic, I felt listened to and heard. Amy was very helpful and took the time to help me when I needed to book in a careplan and got me into the optometrist. So many services under one roof makes things very easy to access the care I need.
I dont think I've ever come across a worse clinic. The receptionists act like they're doing you a favour by serving you. You have to tell the doctors what you think might be wrong by doing your own research because they'll never figure it out. Even then they get it wrong... I have to figure out when I get my own test results back. I went back to tell the receptionists they forgot something on my tests so she called the Dr to confirm and apparently something was funny because they thought this would be a good time to laugh it... read more
Love the care and attention to detail we receive when attending the clinic. From management- Nitia, who is always exceptional. The Doctors are reliable and the nurses are warm and a great team. Thank you Ebony and Mavis, you both have been outstanding!
