The service was excellent. They understood my situation immediately, recommended the best solution, and offered care when I was feeling the worst. They eased my discomfort with patience and love! Thanks for all the morning staffs (urgent care & GP) give me the best support.
We bring our whole family here, both the urgent care and medical centre, and they’ve always been so good! Moving from Brisbane, they move much faster and we get seen faster compared to our last doctors in Brisbane. Love the team here, you can tell they work well together and always so friendly and makes us feel comfortable.
Dr Parboo has been my doctor for many years. Every time I feel seen and heard he is fantastic at what he does he really cares for his patients listening to their cares and concerns. Also saw nurse Ebony for my daughter’s six week injections and she really made me feel calm with her approach. Very friendly nurse exactly what you need in times like this. Dr. Sheperd Chifura is truly outstanding. He consistently provides personalised care and genuine support at every visit, always taking the time to really listen to my concerns. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such compassion and attention to detail. Even though the wait times can be long, the level of care he provides makes it absolutely worth it. I always leave feeling heard, understood, and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommended.
