This medical used to be very good. Up until they started charging customers and became more focused on money vs service. If only your doctors provided the same service as they do when it comes to money. Not too mention the ridiculous wait times. Very disappointing.
Having suffered a deliberating condition over 10 years ago, I was not looking forward to it after a recent motorbike accident. However, the format of treatment room here is superb. Having to return every 2 days for dressing change on an open wound over the past 6 weeks would seem like such a drag but, I was met with an exceptional and beautiful roster of nurses- Ebony, Mavis, Amy, Cassie, Sandeep. From the moment I arrived, the staff's rudeness was evident. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence. I was told “don’t give me that attitude” and “read the signs and you'll know where pathology is” by the receptionist when i asked for directions. The Lady in the treatment room was just as mean. Overall, the combination of rude behaviour and inefficient time management at the Primary Medical and Dental Centre MELTON made for an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Had such a great experience with Dr Rahman. He goes above and beyond. Shout out to the receptionist Melissa for also being super helpful and lovely to deal with.
I have been seeing the same Dr. Here at Melton Medical & Dental Station st Melton for 14 years since moving here from Rosebud. The best Dr. I have Ever had The most polite Reception staff, Dorovitch blood collection Staff kind. This Clinic has changed from walk in to appointments which is 100% better. My Dr. S is the most kindest, understanding, thorough Doctor I have ever had.
