Horrible Clinic. 1) They don’t care about you. I’ve had numerous doctors from this clinic and all them except the doctor from NZ actually genuinely care. They rush their examinations and try to limit you 10 minute windows and rush you out the door. 2) Wait times are horrible. Even if you make a book at a certain time you can end up waiting 30-60mins to still get scene. This medical used to be very good. Up until they started charging customers and became more focused on money vs service. If only your doctors provided the same service as they do when it comes to money. Not too mention the ridiculous wait times. Very disappointing.
Having suffered a deliberating condition over 10 years ago, I was not looking forward to it after a recent motorbike accident. However, the format of treatment room here is superb. Having to return every 2 days for dressing change on an open wound over the past 6 weeks would seem like such a drag but, I was met with an exceptional and beautiful roster of nurses- Ebony, Mavis, Amy, Cassie, Sandeep. We went several times, the staff were always amazing and we always had excellent service. Particular note to the nursing staff for being so kind and wonderful, they always helped lift our spirits!
From the moment I arrived, the staff's rudeness was evident. The receptionist barely acknowledged my presence. I was told “don’t give me that attitude” and “read the signs and you'll know where pathology is” by the receptionist when i asked for directions. The Lady in the treatment room was just as mean. Overall, the combination of rude behaviour and inefficient time management at the Primary Medical and Dental Centre MELTON made for an unpleasant and unprofessional experience.
