I recently went to your clinic as Ive just moved to Melton. I was really surprised that there is an Optometrist and a display of frames in the doorway. As a glasses wearer it will save me from going to the shopping center for my checks. Have been going to this clinic for past 6-7 years when required, I have seen it grow exponentially, way busier than few years back and now provide range of services. Staff and Doctors have been very helpful and understanding. I have seen some angry/ frustrated patients taking their anger on staff, which I believe is completely unacceptable, staff are doing their best to help us out.
ZERO STARS ZERO STARS ZERO STARS to be honest. stay AWAY from this clinic. they are negligent and UNPROFESSIONAL. ive gone through 3 dismissive and worthless NEGLIGENT doctors. dr rozina parvin and sushma chaparala are the WORST. rozina flat out refused to dispense my medication as per my psychiatrists REQUEST. said "go dispense from psychiatrist" which is expensive AND hes not always available. dr sushma refused to organise blood tests for follow up for vitamin d & iron deficiency, and pregnancy/hormone test on the gro... read more
I had an excellent experience with my nurse Amy today. She was incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. She took the time to understand my needs and put together my care plan accordingly. I truly felt supported and valued. Highly recommend her care! Thank you Amy 😊
