I needed a good podiatrist for the never-ending issues of my feet. Checked out reviews and this office was highly recommended. The front office was very attentive. Wait time was short so I was able to park on the one- hour parking infront. Then there's Jackson! He made sure he got to the bottom of my foot issues; explained everything and answered all my nagging questions! I was experiencing pain in my feet for a while so made an appointment to learn what I could do about it. Adrienne was friendly but thorough. She took time to understand my issue and what outcome I was hoping for. She explained the reason for my discomfort, showed me a series of simple exercises and recommended a store where I could be fitted for shoes that would be helpful. Highly recommend Jackson!!! I visited this clinic after seeing 2 other podiatrists that couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Jackson straight away told me exactly what I had and how we would treat it going forward. I underwent a toe nail removal procedure and although I would so nervous Jackson was so reassuring and patient. I felt that Jackson truely cares for his patients and has amazing knowledge and experience in the industry. Reception staff were also so friendly. Overall couldn’t recommend this clinic and Jackson enough.
I have visited the Essendon Podiatry Clinic only twice following 2 years of foot pain that has not been remedied after visiting 4 previous podiatrists including a foot and ankle specialist and lots of $$ that has gone toward orthotics that have not helped. I attended the clinic due to some soreness and swelling in my forefoot, under my little toe. Brought on by increases in running. The care I received from Nigel was great. After two visits and an ultrasound, the plan that we came up with seems to be working well. The soreness has reduced and my run training has continued without being reduced.
