Experience in the practice was good - on time & efficient service with nice staff. However the relentless follow up via text messages & email is beyond invasive, particularly given I'd told staff I was having a major operation the day after my appointment, did not require a follow up appointment & my husband phoned the practice and asked that I stop being contacted, which was not actioned. Reluctant to visit service again because of this.
I’d like to thank Melbourne Podiatry in particular Lachie Ash-Smith for his awesome level of treatment. I went to Lachie with extreme pain in the calf after long investigation with inclusive tests a MRI concluded a grade 2 medial tib stress syndrome in the middle of my Melbourne Marathon training block. I needed a good podiatrist for the never-ending issues of my feet. Checked out reviews and this office was highly recommended. The front office was very attentive. Wait time was short so I was able to park on the one- hour parking infront. Then there's Jackson! He made sure he got to the bottom of my foot issues; explained everything and answered all my nagging questions! Thank you to Annisia who helped formulate a plan for warts on my feet . She kept following up throughout the whole treatment process and answered all my concerns . She’s very considerate , kind and helpful and made sure I was at ease throughout my treatments . It took about 7-8 consults over a span of 4 months and I was finally able to get rid of my warts and could walk pain free . Highly recommend Annisia ! She’s a thorough professional.
