I’d like to thank Melbourne Podiatry in particular Lachie Ash-Smith for his awesome level of treatment. I went to Lachie with extreme pain in the calf after long investigation with inclusive tests a MRI concluded a grade 2 medial tib stress syndrome in the middle of my Melbourne Marathon training block. The road felt hopeless but after strengthening work, gait assessments and custom made orthotics I was able to slowly increase my mileage to reach a 74km peak week with an original goal of 100km. Thank you Annisia for diagnosing my toe pain correctly at the first glance. She was very gentle, caring & thorough and formulated a treatment plan of painless options that my previous practice has never suggested to me before. A plan that actually WORKED efficiently in few weeks & for the first time in MONTHS, I was able to walk pain free again. Thank you for your great service Annisia Warhurst.
Experience in the practice was good - on time & efficient service with nice staff. However the relentless follow up via text messages & email is beyond invasive, particularly given I'd told staff I was having a major operation the day after my appointment, did not require a follow up appointment & my husband phoned the practice and asked that I stop being contacted, which was not actioned. Reluctant to visit service again because of this.
Annisia consulted on my broken toe and ongoing foot pain and she was extremely helpful, informative and caring. She continued to follow up on my treatment and recommended shoes to help with my recovery. I can thoroughly recommend Annisia who was very attentive and continued to follow through the whole process and promptly answered any questions I had. Jodie
I needed a good podiatrist for the never-ending issues of my feet. Checked out reviews and this office was highly recommended. The front office was very attentive. Wait time was short so I was able to park on the one- hour parking infront. Then there's Jackson! He made sure he got to the bottom of my foot issues; explained everything and answered all my nagging questions!
