Extremely over priced but the orthodontist is very friendly and makes the kids feel at ease. The receptionist with the glasses made me feel awful- she should not be in that position as she has no customer service skills to speak of and is the most unhelpful and unfriendly person- look at the reviews - what are you doing about it??
Very pleased with my experience at Melbourne Orthodontist clinic Keilor, Dr Jonathan is perfections and honest, efficient with some Humour throw the visit. He explains everything and made sure my daughter is comfortable The staff are very friendly, professional, attentive and accurate. I highly recommend.
The receptionist with the glasses has the worst attitude… definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Rude from the very start. At the end of my appointment I asked for a receipt and I noticed that my details were printed incorrectly, so I asked her nicely if she could change it… and her response to me was “ugh just give me a moment. It doesn’t even matter if you change it anyways.” Walked out with papers under “MR. TAN” with the wrong home address too. That’s one way to scare off customers. We have been using these guys for a while now. They have been great fitting in our appointments around our changing circumstances. The receptionists are so friendly and nothing is ever a hassle.
