Recently had my hair system installed by Travis. Experience was friendly in the chair and the system looks fair. 1 star is for Travis holding a deposit after I cancelled a follow up appointment in advanced and not recieving the cash back as per his policy and ignoring communication.
Travis didn’t just give me a hair system, he gave me back my confidence. From the very first chat, he made me feel at ease and understood exactly what I wanted (even when I wasn’t sure myself). The end result blew me away, natural, seamless, and so perfectly “me” that even close friends couldn’t tell.
