Our townhouse has been well maintained and always leased to good tenants. We have enjoyed the carefree service from MEEKS over the past 6-7 years. They never hesitate if any help was needed. Madison Frampton is amazing in keeping us informed of everything about our property.

The Meeks team, particularly the Property Management department, are without a doubt one of the best I have dealt with. After renting through Meeks for 4+ years we were given a no reason 90 Day eviction so the landlord who made over $100,000 from me could make an extra $100 a week. Then Meeks decided the landlord needed my bond so they guessed how much it would cost to "clean the house" which was repainted after I moved out (not sure why it needed to be cleaned to be then painted) this was also after Professional cleaners had attended the property. We have been renting our home just over 5 years. Our home was recently on the market and has just sold. We have had nothing by kindness , support and respect from everyone at Meeks Realestate. Between the maintenance men , staff members with renting and selling. I highly recommend Meeks Realestate. They are kind and thoughtful and I hope we get to stay with them for many more years to come, in a new home. Thankyou so much, for looking after us , I greatly appreciate it.
