The doctors have great availability. My doctor - Doctor Angus - was so kind and caring. She never leaves my concerns unaddressed, and always listens to what I think is happening to my body. She is an expert on women’s health, and has been so amazing and understanding on my health journey. I am so grateful for her continuous care. Dr Olivia is one of the best doctors I’ve come across, I live over an hour away and still make the drive to see her. She is understanding and takes time to get to know you to really make sure she’s providing the best help she can. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We Have been seeing Dr Oliva Waturuocha now for 8 years. I have many medical conditions and she monitors with success on treating them and makes sure when needed to be sent to specialist. Keeps a good eye on medications. And She is kind caring and will have your back when needed
I've been a patient of Dr Olivia for 12 years at Springfield medical centre. She is second to none, the best Dr you'll ever find. She goes above and beyond, she truelly cares about her patients and doesn't see you as a number. I suffer with multiple comorbidities and Dr Olivia diagnosed most that were missed by specialists because of her vast knowledge of all medical practices. She is one for the ages. I will follow her anywhere and currently drive 50 minutes one way to see her. 5 stars are not big enough.
The doctor's are friendly, however when I had a telehealth appointment at 10.40am and still hadn't received a call over 5 hours after my booked time and got a notification to say thank you for coming. I called to ask reception about it and whoever took my call was extremely rude when asking a simple question.
