We had great first impression with Dr Dominique Commentz, admin and nurse team. We can feel that Dr Commentz has passion in her work through her smiles and enthusiasm. She was listening attentively to all of our concerns, kindly explained with visual aids and supporting documents, and provided care accordingly without brushing us off. Dr Sanda Bonchis is truly one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever met. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with such kindness. She is not only an excellent GP but also a beautiful human being who radiates empathy and positivity. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a GP who truly goes above and beyond.
Ive been going to this medical centre for 13 years. 3 of my children have only known this as our Doctors and Dentists. In the past we lived interstate Coffs and we would travel to see our family doctor who we saw as a part of our family and 5 years ago he retired and our current Doctor Dr Rama has also become a close confident to both myself and my wife during a very hard period in her life. Dr. Sonja is the best doctor I have ever met. She is very kind, professional, and truly cares about her patients. I always feel comfortable and well looked after during my visits. Highly recommended!
Disgustingly horrible reception staff. Had a 4:10 appt in which was told Dr was running late and there was 2 people in front. An hour later (2 people had their appts in the time I was there). Went to reception who said my procedure wouldn’t happen and there was another 2 people. No apologies, no remorse whatsoever. Two different reception staff both with different info and shouldn’t be working in customer service with their attitudes. Will only come for Drs and dread the interaction with reception.
