Been visiting this practise over 7 years . My go to place when kids are sick . Or i am unwell. Visited tonight again. Sharna , Dr Sonya and Adele were great .They were all very efficient . Dr Sonya is not only an excellent doctor but a simple superb human being. Always amazing treatment and extraordinary intelligent with human values.
The practice was better before covid. It bulked billed. You could call and ask if your doctor was on duty, ask how many patients were waiting, roll up and the wait was short. Last time I was a walk in I waited 3 hours then left without seeing a doctor. I booked this appointment weeks ago, arrive well before my schedule time of 4 40. It's now 5.48, I'm still waiting and there is 1 patient in front of me. I wish Dr Sonja was working.
Arrived late afternoon without an appointment, we were sent straight in to see the nurse for a deep cut on my daughters cheek. The nurse, doctor, and staff were lovely and handled Daisy amazingly. In and out within 20 min, no fuss just wonderful service. Thank you!
5 Stars – Excellent Care and Service Dr. Olivia Waturuocha has been incredibly supportive and attentive in managing my daughter's health concerns. She listens carefully, never rushes, and provides thoughtful care. The reception staff are also very helpful. Highly recommend Springfield Medical and Dental Practice for their outstanding service.
This feedback is about Dr Mary-Ann O'Connor. I am about five months pregnant, and our family doctor of eight years relocated interstate. She was an excellent doctor who supported two of my pregnancies in cooperation with the Mater GP Maternity Shared Care Program. Unfortunately, I had to find a new family doctor and started seeing O’Connor.
