I've always found the staff polite and efficient, toilets and waitroom clean. My family's Dr is beyond awesome she saved me life by sorting out my health issue she gave me many more years with my family . She is also excellent with my children. She always makes you feel like she's listening to you really listening and generally cares . Many Doctors see you write as script and move on as quick as they can to the next nameless face .
Had a very disappointing experience at Springfield Medical & Dental Centre. My mother and aunt, who has a disability, arrived early for their 11:50 AM appointment and waited for three hours without being seen. Despite repeated inquiries, they were given vague responses with no clear explanation for the delay. During this time, they had to forgo lunch, and the receptionist took her break as scheduled, showing little empathy for their situation. The doctors have great availability. My doctor - Doctor Angus - was so kind and caring. She never leaves my concerns unaddressed, and always listens to what I think is happening to my body. She is an expert on women’s health, and has been so amazing and understanding on my health journey. I am so grateful for her continuous care. Dr Olivia has been our doctor for 10 years now. Olivia is so kind and caring and never leaves mine or my children’s concerns unaddressed. She always goes above and beyond to provide her continuous care to my family. I see Dr Olivia, and she has always been professional, helpful, courteous, always trying to find the best solution for my health and esteem. Nothing seems to be a problem to her even if she has a backlog of patients to see. Everyone is a priority to her. Cannot rate this lady high enough.
