Amazing reception, doctors and nurses. They’re all extremely helpful. My regular Doctor, Dr Tut is so kind and helpful. He’s always helped me with any issues I have.

Don't try to book on line as it not updated. So if you try to call, You'll be waiting usually around 30 minutes. As some point whilst waiting, you can ask for a call back, but when you do, you're back in the queue again. Today I decided to go into the practice to ask for the earliest available doctor. I was told it would be at least a 1 hour wait. So I asked if I could make an appointment for later today. The response was, "there's nothing today". Recently left this practice after multiple poor experiences, lack of accountability and poor communication. I wait 5 hours for a Telehealth appointment. After calling several times for updates (there wasn’t any), there was no explanation given for the delay. I lodged a complaint which went unanswered. Despite this, I needed an urgent appointment and again booked a Telehealth, but made it the first available thinking the wait time would be less, if any. Again I waited, 2 hours this time. I called past Friday to make a booking and check that they could do what I was after as a walk in patient and in the timing that I needed, the receptionist was very helpful and found appointment to suit Saturday am. Showed up early for a 830am appointment filled out forms then waited patiently was then told at 855am that the doctor won’t see you because you don’t have a medi care card knowing cost of consult it was the service I needed, on asking questions got feed a heap of bull shit because he can’t verify you while I sto... read more

My experience was horrible! I went there in so much pain looking for answers had a X-ray. Doctor said they will call with the answer waited 2 days still nothing…. I then book another appointment was told there was ligament damage and told I would need Physio nothing was offered covering any by Medicare. But it was the doctor for me she just smiled at the 2 appointment hardly said anything super super strange. Will definitely be getting in to see my regular gp ASAP
