I took my 4yo daughter to doctor Yusef on a Sunday for a basic GP check up. From the onset, he made both her and my 2yo comfortable and spoke to them with a great tone and manner throughout. Highly recommend.
Except for unavoidable delays in the keeping of appointments, the service is first class. The Doctor gives his personal attention and is ready to offer referrals to specialists to ensure his patients get the medical care they need. Thank you, Dr. Sudhakar.
The receptionists are 10/10 always & helpful. However, as someone with health background I was so shocked by Dr Sara Sabery Raieni. I will not disclose everything here as I been advised to report her to the health ombudsman or AHPRA. She talked down to me anytime I asked questions or anytime I wanted to make informed choice about my health ( I don’t have any health issues just getting blood tests). It is so unfortunate that we have to suffer the poor service at this centre. Dr Toe and Dr Tut are great however the receptionists take bad service to another level. There were 3 receptionists behind the counter-all with their heads down and looking at paperwork for at least 10 minutes with no regard for the queue that had formed. Their explanation was that they were busy. Management should take these admin work to the back office and not torment patients by having staff do admin work while patients who need medical attentio... read more
I am overall happy with my visit to the centre. Easy to get appointment through hotdoc. Most of the time reception procedures are easy. Very happy with my doctor, Dr.Toe. Thaks for making my life easier..
