I find the system really easy. With an appointment you see your doctor on time. I appreciate the quality of care I receive.

Really good clinic with fantastic doctors and radiology dental and pathology etc all under one roof. Reception let's the clinic down. High staff turnover and often a long line up to speak to reception and the same long wait on the phone.

Some of the doctors are quite knowledgeable and helpful. Others rush you out the door in minutes. They never have enough reception staff, be prepared to wait on hold for an hour if you call the center. they also try and charge full fees for follow up appointments. No compassion from the reception staff either, they just want your money. Edit: Blunder road claim they can’t find my details, my surname is Goeldner as per the review. I cannot say how amazing my experience always is with this practice. Dr Yousef is outstanding, kind, and brilliant at his job the nursung staff are wonderful and everyone is extremely attentive and genuine. Thank you for always taking suvh good care of me, your work is appreciated more than words can express!

Fantastic experience as usual. Got my telehealth call on time and Dr diagnosed and prescribed within minutes. Only place I turn to when in need.
