Neat and clean. Affordable Called for an appointment but they didnt have any. I turned up and an hr later a doc was able to see me. This all happened 4pm on a Saturday. V happy Thanks
Waited 2.5hrs for a telehealth appointment. After the first 1.5hrs I called for an update, they said they needed to first confirm I was willing to pay. I said I was and I'd already entered my credit card details when I booked. I also said I'd confirmed via text prior to my appointment. An extra hour later, still no call. I cancelled the appointment after 2.5hrs at which time they said, "oh, you haven't been called yet?" Reception was nice enough, but offered no solutions. I took my 4yo daughter to doctor Yusef on a Sunday for a basic GP check up. From the onset, he made both her and my 2yo comfortable and spoke to them with a great tone and manner throughout. Highly recommend.
There is a need for additional staff. There was a 45-minute delay after the scheduled appointment time, and the treatment itself took an hour longer than expected. This is significantly longer than the time it takes to receive the same treatment at other clinics. I had other commitments that I needed to attend to, and the extended wait time has caused me to fall behind schedule.
I booked my appointment for 10:50 and arrived on time, but still had to wait. After 15 minutes of tiring waiting, I took a brief phone call, and Dr. Sara Sabery Raieni called me at that moment. Despite sitting right in front of the reception, they didn’t bother to inform me and canceled my appointment on the spot. The receptionist knew this was happening, given there were very few patients waiting at that time.
