I am absolutely blown away by the Exemplary service and craftsmanship! I had a very specific vision for a ring, intended to be an eternal promise ring of sorts - crossover design. The specification and design phase was conducted purely via telephone and email, as I was in Europe at the time. Visited MDT Design to have four heirloom rings repaired, cleaned and engraved, truly enjoyed the whole experience. Ella was so down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with, she made the process so relaxed and really went the extra mile for us. The whole team were so approachable and showed true kindness to everyone who walked in the door. They were able to test a ring's metal for us on the spot as the jewellery workshop is on-site. Can't rate MDT highly enough! Will be back for future jewellery needs.
