Went for an inspection today for a $800 unfurnished 1 bedder unit with Susan Chen, when asked about another property under her management, she told me off saying I should have checked all the inspection times the day before and get prepared. While waiting around for her to show us to the next property, I introduced myself and advised what I do, Susan immediately gave a side eye and said then lets not waste each other's time, you can leave now. I was very disappointed by the unprofessional performance of this agency. After inspection of a property, sending in proofs of finance and reliability, I was accepted as the new tenant for an agreed 6 months lease. I transferred the security bond (2 weeks rent) and received the contract. I then received a call from the responsible agent Susan Chen, that now, the owner ask for a 12 months lease. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Craig was thoroughly professional throughout the entire process of selling our apartment. Great communication, extensive experience and local knowledge, always available for advice or to answer questions.
