We had a great experience working with Sanchit Walia. He was efficient, proactive, and worked hard to secure a tenant for our property in a very short timeframe. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed at every stage and promptly updating us on any developments. His professionalism and dedication made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property professional.

We’ve been very happy with our experience with McGrath. Sanchit has been looking after our property and has been excellent throughout. He’s always available when we need him, communicates well and gets things sorted without making it complicated. As a landlord, having a property manager you can trust makes a big difference, and we’ve found Sanchit to be exactly that. Really appreciate all his help and would happily recommend him.
Great experience with Sanchit renting out our investment property. We were working with a large agency from the city that was recommended by the company that built the house. Despite five months of marketing, they were unable to attract people to inspections or generate a single prospective tenant. We decided to work with Sanchit instead, and the property was rented in less than a month. We are very happy with our decision. Going local was the best option.
