Nick has been very helpful over a long period of time providing market updates and valuation opinions for our unit without being pushy in any way and with no immediate benefit to him. His 'hands on' approach allowed him to come to us with an interested buyer which culminated in us selling our unit off-market for a very competitive price and with a minimum of fuss.
