Great Outfit Dennis got us through the property promptly and we had a contract sorted within 24 hours As we are investors a long way from Gladstone, Dennis was excellent keeping us updated, a few minor issues came up in building and pest which were sorted and a few issues we wanted dealt with before the tenancy commenced were organised at lightning speed by Dennis and his team.
