MBM Plumbing went the extra mile to help fix my plumbing problem. When it came to the point where Yarra Valley Water needed to also step in to help, MBM called them for me and then stayed and spoke personally to the YVW people, explaining what was happening. i would highly recommend MBM - and have already done so to friends - Thanks guys
Called them about a gas leak, they came around and spent 3 hours unable to find a source for the leak. Recommended redoing gas pipes from mains as the resolution and estimated 3.5-4.5k for the job. I asked if I could have a proper itemised quote and got told it would cost a lot more (absolutely bizzare). Anyway after confirming costs would not jump above estimate unless there were further issues after gas piping redone (which there wasn't) and ended up getting sent a $6.2k invoice. Mark is experienced, professional and easy to deal with. I mange a Girls College and have enaged MBM services for over 2 years and Mark has always been proffesional, he never gives up on finding a soloution and is well repescted here.
The plumber's service attitude is poor; the quotation is high; and they are very cunning. The prices of accessories are higher than the market retail prices. I advise everyone not to use this company
